What challenge were you trying to address with BARVATECH LTD?
I needed to create an IT platform for my company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?
BARVATECH LTD has helped me with several projects. Their team has developed a website, a web platform, and a payment processing system for me. For every product, we first have a meeting, during which I describe the project and the requirements. From there, BARVATECH LTD provides me with a solution on how we can build the product needed.

The main product has been a digital platform that helps users build their personal branding. On it, users can take a test to self-assess themselves and get a solution tailored to them. This platform has a very important psychological algorithm, which they've helped me implement.

We've worked with four teammates from  BARVATECH LTD, including Olexandr (CEO), Yevhenii (CTO), and a tester.

I've known Olexandr for a long time. I know that he's a good specialist. I've had several partnerships with BARVATECH LTD, so I reached out to them again.

I originally started working with BARVATECH LTD in 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

BARVATECH LTD provided me with a great solution for my business. The impact of the digital platform they've built for me has been huge.

BARVATECH LTD has delivered on time and on budget. Whenever they're at risk of missing the deadline, the delay has been acknowledged by both sides. Sometimes, we have additional requests, which is why the original deadlines have been missed.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Their personal approach is impressive. BARVATECH LTD is a very empathetic team that treats their clients as if they were part of their own business. They don't simply implement what we request but also suggest better solutions to what we need to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything they could improve on.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Know what you want to develop. Before starting the project, create a pool of features and go through the process of understanding what you want to create in the end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered a stable platform that effectively supports daily customer operations and issue resolution. Our software is now more reliable, with streamlined code for easy updates and consistent uptime. Additionally, new features were developed modularly, enabling simultaneous work without disrupting ongoing activities, enhancing overall efficiency and user experience.

They've been very patient in helping me figure out the features and logic I wanted, translating my business needs into specs. They remained friendly and patient even when I overwhelmed them with details or needed them to explain things more simply. They pushed work into weekends to meet deadlines, even when the project was late due to my own fault, because they understood and cared about our business. They took pride in my true satisfaction as a person just as much as they did in delivering clean code and clever algorithms. It was perfect.

1. Expertise - they got things done the rightway. 
2. Patience - to help me work through messy thoughts to figure out what I really want. Even when my suggestion was wrong, they made sure I knew theyreally considered it and expained to me exactly why it coudlnt work 
3. Caring - they made sureI didnt overspend or redid work twice. So many instances where I felt they had my back 100%.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BARVATECH LTD could have done differently?

I think that their desire to help so much causes them to agree to some crazy things I asked for and extremely tight schedules. Even though they scrambled and worked weekends to make it happen, I think they could have pushed back and reset my expectations, to avoid dramatic sprints.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Level of ownership that all the top people took in the project - they were fully invested in the outcome and it felt like a single team with myself and my team, rather than 3rd party contractors. They were fundamental in delivering a better product than I could have done myself. Not just the tech but the UX and the robustness of the platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BARVATECH LTD could have done differently?

Chased me harder when I was lagging on my own commitments and deadlines. Forced me to do post-sprint demos -they knew I was busy and didnt want to take up more ofmy time but with hindsight we all agreed end of sprint demos are great.
