Currently we continue working on developing  additional functionalities , such as services' payment, carpool access, among others. ### Professional, Healthy & Safe Space with an App Thrive Workplace provides a results-driven workspace in 4 Denver locations,  with flexible terms and packages to fit business needs in the future of work. We have helped Thrive in keeping a professional and safe/healthy environment as a critical differentiator in their value proposition during the pandemic, to drive business during those challenging times. We have developed a mobile app including an app for Thrive customers and a Back Office for Thrive internal use to maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work and meeting spaces. The mobile app for users has 4 main pages and the back office one 5. The mobile app works depending on the specific location, while the back office functions based on Site Managers as administrators assigned to specific locations.  The back office app enables managers to: Check, through dashboards, occupancy rate, and service requests from users. Manage customizable surveys: create, edit, launch, deactivate, check responses, etc. Configure bookable rooms or spaces: create new spaces, check and update cleaning status Booking system information. See all of the available Rooms and booked Rooms (along with the user who booked it) Check & manage Services list and its corresponding information. Check & manage health recommendations. The mobile app for Thrive clients was designed to ensure users can register as a member, manage their user profile, see booking history and upcoming reservations, check room status, and make new reservations with a click. The app automatically detects the closest Thrive location and selects it using a GPS feature. The Info Page was created to distribute Covid-related ‘recommendations’ to members, aiming to make them feel more comfortable spending time inside all the Thrive locations. The app allowed Thrive to stand out among competitors and survive the COVID pandemic, but it was a special application for a specific time. Now we are planning to keep working on new features to make this app something bigger. ### Staff Augmentation for Insurance Company Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, Ltd, through its subsidiaries, is a global provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions. They operate under the brand Allied World and have supported clients and trading partners with thoughtful service and meaningful coverages since 2001. They are a subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, an international holding company of Canadian origin listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, which provides property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and financial services management. Allied World relies heavily on offshore IT providers to provide cost-effective bandwidth.  Allied worked in a difficult time zone and had retention problems.  In 2016 they switched software and were looking for a team of developers to work with their in-house developers. It was initially only for two applications but then expanded to overall projects. They needed developers to work on the front end of their software, while the in-house team worked on the back end. We helped Allied with our unique nearshore staffing experience, much more aligned culturally than India, resulting in a strong foundation of trust built and maintained, as Allied World scaled its strategic application development growth initiatives. In fact, relations started as a one-month trial and have evolved into a contract for more than three years. We have provided front & backend developers (Angular, .NET, C#), ETL developers (SQL Server), designers, testers and DevOps (Azure & Docker). The team designed the platform’s UI and polishes their integration system. Then our partnership expanded to provide Data Analytics talent as well. With us, retention stayed near 100% for the 2-20+ person team over a 3-year period, something almost unheard of in the offshore IT world. ### Online Banking Platform Renewal Switch has been the Tech Partner for BBVA  since 2010; in 2013 BBVA decided to tackle the revamp of its Online Banking Platform. We have led the project, working and collaborating with the Innovation and Multichannel departments within BBVA Bank. The main challenges faced during the project were the full renovation of the architecture and technology stack. The project implies having an Enterprise Bus Service to attend the various channels such as Home Banking, IVR, self-service terminals, and other external services. As the application handles more than 250.000 logins and 80.000 transactions per month, exhaustive testing (stress, performance, and penetration) was performed before going live to avoid any issues or unexpected errors affecting the user experience. The  App look & feel was revamped as well; for this project, we worked directly with Headquarters in Spain. ### An ERP/CRM to Compete in the Big Leagues Cadynce is based in Houston, Texas, and focused on automating business processes with no-code workflows and boosting profits.   Switch is building an ERP / CRM platform to help them compete in other niches with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce or Podio.   After some requirements meetings, the project started with an initial stage of UX Research, where interviews with users, clients, and other stakeholders took place to obtain the best possible solution focused on the user's needs.   The MVP is in development using the result of the UX Research phase, and the beta will be ready soon to be launched to the market with some of the company's clients.   The project involves: - Front end development - Angular - Back end development - .Net SQLServer (currently migrating to PostgreSQL) - DevOps - Azure - Testing - Project Management   ### Staff Augmentation for Subscription Software Co. Chargify is a funded start-up in Texas whose product distributes recurring payments and subscriptions to merchants using its SaaS payments platform.    Chargify needed a customizable "drop-in" Javascript library, to allow their customers to sign up their end users in a new way. We needed a vendor to help us develop a Javascript front end.   They lacked in-house bandwidth for this new project, so they needed a vendor to help with this software challenge.   Switch's previous experience dealing with credit card payments was crucial for success.   In addition, our Javascript expertise enabled us to use Vanilla JS, reducing dependencies.   For this project Switch top-notch front and backend developers (Angular, React, PHP), manual testers, and DevOps have joined their in-house team.   The client was very happy with the solution: the new Javascript library has been a huge hit with both existing and new customers,  and the in-house team highlighted the quality of the code and how it has been written, which makes it easy for them to maintain it long-term. ### Staff Augmentation for a Corporate Event Company Creative Group, a Direct Travel company, is an award-winning employee engagement software company - providing web and mobile products to enterprise clients.    Creative was experiencing issues with its current Nearshore partner, including a lack of security best practices and development fundamentals such as Unit Testing and Version Control.     In 2018, they chose Switch as a replacement to provide reliable long-term talent to integrate directly with their internal team.   And this is exactly what we have been doing since then. After four years, we still provide the talent and expertise they need to keep growing through software initiatives.   Switch has achieved a retention rate of 100% across several teams working on various proprietary platforms during those years.   Currently, we have 3 people working full-time on 2 projects: * React Native mobile app * IPS PHP/Laravel app (internal application)   For the last project, the developers are using Vue on some front-end.   ### Revamped Website for a Leap in Users Engagement Logisyn Advisors is a global Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting from Chicago,  creating synergistic partnerships across the logistics industry. Their experts help logistics companies to find the mergers & acquisitions solution for them, to manage the M&A process, and maximize their value. Logisyn challenge, at the moment they contact us in 2019, was mainly to update their old website to reflect changes in their business that have occurred over the previous year. The website is so central to the company's sales and marketing, that having the perfect website was a must. We all know how relevant user engagement is for a company's success, don’t you? Switch designed and developed the initial website and later went on to build the new update, among multiple projects. On those projects we have been working with Angular, HTML, CSS, and AWS. It seems the perfect website they were asking for has been a reality. They dreamed it and we made it. Since the first deployment we did,  Logisyn has received multiple compliments from clients about the website, and after the recent updates, they have seen a big leap in the site engagement rate, credited to the work we did. ### Staff Augmentation for a Major Logistics Player Black Horse Carriers, a Penske company, provides logistics services for several consumer product industries throughout North America, such as car manufacturers and dealers.    Penske Logistics is the second largest dedicated contract carriage provider; it handles deliveries for various leading companies in a wide range of industries, including automotive, CPG, food, grocery, beverage, manufacturing, quick-service restaurants, healthcare, and convenience store chains.   They came to us in July 2020 facing serious technical and cultural issues with their previous Offshore partner in the Philippines.   We have been helping Penske / BHC with our unique nearshore staffing experience, much more aligned with their working culture.   On top of that our talented team (Front & Backend developers, UX Designers, and Project Manager)  brought a higher technical quality in coding fundamentals (testing and security).   We are currently in a partnership with them, providing them with our Staff Augmentation service, a team of 5 people  working with Angular, Vue.js, C#, Docker and SQL Server; the team is relied on for two internal development initiatives:   - Inventory Management of the trucking fleet and equipment (using GPS).   - “PowerHorse”: custom client portal for managing dealers and auto parts.   ### Ta-Ta Plus Community App: Making It Easier for You Ta-Ta Holdings is one of the biggest companies in Uruguay and includes Ta-Ta Supermarkets, BAS Clothing Stores, Multiahorro Home Center, and San Roque Pharmacies. We had previously worked with them on another initiative, so they already knew our technical expertise and our collaborative way of working.  So, when this new opportunity arose, they decided to partner with us again. Ta-Ta has its own loyalty program, Plus, and they were seeking to develop an application to enhance its direct communication with users. They were looking for an app that creates added value for their community and delivers unique functionalities while increasing conversion. PLUS Community App was developed with features like Plus Points, Coupons Consultation, Transfer and Exchange, and Online Price Check through barcodes, among others. Push notifications are key for increasing conversion rate, so the app was integrated with Analytics and Marketing Cloud tools, as well as geolocation components to enable them. We have developed a specific Backoffice that allows visualization and control for every action performed from the app. After going live successfully,  we continue working with additional app features, as the app is a key player in their business digital strategy. ### Boosting Business Efficiency Through Tech SBI (Southbridge Insurance) is an insurance company integrated into the global Fairfax Financial Holdings network. They have a strong regional presence and a local office with more than 25 years of experience. Fairfax Financial Holding Limited is an international holding company of Canadian origin listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, which provides property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and financial services management. Referred by Fairfax Group, SBI contacted us in 2019  to become their Tech Partner. Since then, we have been technological partners of SBI,  working closely with them to craft and develop their customized software solutions. They rely not just on our technical expertise and robust technologies, but our top talent and creativity. We have already developed and successfully launched a Car, Home, and Bond Insurance quote system. No more phone calls or personal meetings, users can easily access their insurance quotations through the web, whenever they want. SBI makes it easier for users to collect data and do research before closing the deal. Currently, we are working on a customized CRM fully integrated with SAP to reduce and make commercial team work more efficient. The CRM is intended to automate commercial tasks as much as possible, mainly policy renewals, and ensure clear and centralized visibility to all counterparts involved. The rest of the initiatives we are working on are fully integrated with SAP as well, saving operating time and generating a more efficient business. ### Web Portal to Boost Productivity & Data Quality Ta-Ta Holdings is one of the biggest companies in Uruguay and includes Ta-Ta Supermarkets, BAS Clothing Stores, Multiahorro Home Center, and San Roque Pharmacies. Just considering Ta-Ta Supermarkets, it handles more than 1000 suppliers with a huge number of SKUs; this implies a lot of data to be entered and maintained: prices, descriptions, images, etc. on a daily basis.   As the business was growing,  the data entry process became a bottleneck, and a highly time-consuming task, while adding very low value to the process and staff. Given this context, Ta-Ta was trying to simplify this process, reduce quality data issues and allow suppliers to keep some data updated on their own.   So, a web portal has been developed, including 2 different modules: Suppliers & Administrator. The web portal enables suppliers to add new products to be offered to Ta-Ta or to maintain existing ones while implementing some data quality controls to reduce issues in the following processes. They can book meetings as well,  and keep control of administrative workflows like Invoicing and Payments. This custom-developed solution makes it possible to have suppliers performing tasks that Ta-Ta staff used to do, so Ta-Ta has improved their productivity and focused the team on more significant tasks, those that clearly make the difference business-wise. On top of that, coordination between Ta-Ta and suppliers has been improved as well, reducing time-to-market for many initiatives.    After 4 years of implementation, based on analytics and customer feedback, we are currently working on improving user experience (UX) and data visualization.   ### Staffing for a Global Leader E-Payment Company Verifone is a global e-payment company, one of the largest in the world: they handle more than 12 billion transactions annually, 165+ countries are using their solutions, and over 441 billion dollars is the value of transactions flowing through their gateways. Verifone has their Development Hub in Zonamerica, Uruguay, and when they approached us they were facing a major issue trying to find the talent and expertise they needed timely, so they were looking for a tech partner to provide those resources, ready to jump to their team. Since 2015, we are providing Java and Angular developers as staff augmentation, for both general software development and Gateway development. During those years we expanded our collaboration and escalated the teams (we have provided more than 30 people some years ago) and we have gone beyond technical development, giving strategic advice and collaborating to help Verifone meet their goals. ### GTM Mobile App for Loans in the Livestock Sector   Santander is one of the largest and most important financial institutions in the world.   Twelve years ago, in September 2010, they created Ganaderia Tres Millones (GTM).   GTM is a Santander financial tool, a livestock trust to buy replacement cattle.   To offer solutions adapted to users' needs, Banco Santander and GTM  ideated a mobile application dedicated especially to the GTM trust.   The main purpose was to allow the automation of different GTM procedures.   A major challenge for them was getting the right talent to pull off this project.   The major issue was the time constraint: we had not even two months to build, from scratch,  phase one of the app,  as it had to be launched during a major event for the livestock industry.   To beat our deadlines for deployment we should be able to handle outstanding challenges: Correctly identify the final users and business needs from the very outset. Managing the backlog intelligently. Avoid perfectionism, to ensure on-time deliveries. Getting the commitment of all stakeholders to be responsive and collaborative, to avoid delays and frictions.     In its first phase, the app was an MVP,  the focus was on the very basic features.   We started with a Discovery phase, to get to know the end user, clarify the project vision, goals & scope, and identify risks.   The app, developed for IOS and Android,  was designed to allow livestock producers to simulate, request and access loans through a streamlined process.    Besides this, it allows the client to request caravans and guides.   UX/UI was key in this project, as the design has to be very simple, clear, and easy to use considering the final users.   During phase two, the back office was developed to manage caravans, and guides and notifications were created for the app.     Those two phases were successfully launched on time, and the application is currently being used by livestock producers in the region and the GTM team.   The app has received positive feedback from users, who appreciate its ease of use. ### Staff Augmentation for Wellness & Fitness Company Paselibre is a corporate benefit for companies that care for and motivate their employees. They offer, through a subscription model, unlimited access to more than 600 sports and wellness centers.   As a new venture, they had many things to take care of and very tight deadlines for going live. The web platform was a must-have for the business, but it should be developed from scratch in record time.   So they decided to seek a tech partner, avoiding the hassle, costs, and time associated with recruiting the talent needed and taking advantage of faster software delivery and higher-quality coding.     In 2 weeks we were able to recruit and onboard the team needed.   The team has evolved following the project needs but, on average, we have 5-7 people assigned to Paselibre: developers, designers, DevOps Analysts, Tech Lead, and Project Manager.   We were in charge of the front and back-end. We should consider different portals: the main corporate one, Administrator, Gym, and the final user portals.   DevOps experts worked in the CI/CD process to improve the publishing process and make it more efficient.   After the MVP, we have been working on several releases adding features, new functionalities, and performance improvements.   In 2022, the business was growing by leaps and bounds, so it was imperative to work on improving performance and scalability.   Different services were implemented in AWS: EKS, S3 and CloudWatch. The corresponding autoscaling was enabled, allowing the application to grow and decrease depending on its traffic.     The MVP was deployed on time and within budget     Cloud elasticity allows to cover expected and predictable workload demands and handle rapid and unpredictable changes in operation scale.   Currently, the Platform handles 10,000+ users, 600+ Gyms, and 20,000+ monthly check-ins without friction and keeps an outstanding user experience.    Their business success relies heavily on the platform and its usability, and they have been overpassing their targets every year. ### Skriply: UX/UI Design for Digital Media Company Skriply is a digital media company with offices in London and Prague; it’s a digital marketplace that brings content creators and content consumers together.   They aim to bring reliable news and information sources back to the thousands of towns and communities that have lost local coverage.   And to offer people a chance to monetize their talents, make money on the side or even embark on a new career. Especially giving people in economically depressed areas the opportunity to form their own micro news companies and generate income.   Skriply hired Switch to help design the UI and UX concepts for its new media marketplace.   Above that, Skriply was to face a fundraising campaign so they needed collaboration and advice to present the message and concept to investors visually.   Skriply needed design concepts for a new publishing platform for a mobile device.   We assigned a diverse and talented UX/UI Design team with deep expertise to deliver useful ideas, resources, and best practices.   We approach the process as follows: Define the problem: we work closely with the Skriply team to find out the pain point or need of the problem to be solved, whose pain point it is, and why we should solve it. Conduct research: we researched competitors and studied similar projects, taking note of opportunities for improvement and positive outcomes. Brainstorm and conceptualize: Even if they came with some conceptual ideas, we didn’t limit ourselves to those; our Design team added value by sharing our own ideas and improving those proposed by them. Create a prototype: to find new areas of improvement before signing off.   The exhaustive work of our design experts, working closely with the Skriply co-founder, managed to: Incorporate new ideas into the project, fully aligned with the objectives needed to be accomplished. Have a better product concept, above the client’s expectations. Create a visual pitch deck presentation and video to persuade investors. ### IT Staffing for a Leading Reinsurance Company The client is a leading globally diversified underwriter of property and casualty reinsurance, offering a wide range of property and casualty reinsurance products throughout the world.     By 2016 they were trying to add another supplier within their vendor "pool". Even if they were working with some of the world's biggest IT providers, they believed there was significant space for improvement in terms of retention, cost, coding quality, and client experience.   For more than six years, we have been working closely with them on various initiatives and areas: Application Development. Data Analytics. ServiceNow / ERP, Infrastructure. Project Management.    Most of our staff was assigned to a major project, which is a continuous development effort as it is the core system for the company's operations.   It’s a web application that streamlines business tasks such as contract creation, claims management, and payments.   Some modules have already gone into production with no major issues, while others are still in development.   Our team is also responsible for the data conversion process, migrating data from all legacy systems to new one.   Our team has evolved in number and expertise, according to their needs (this is one of the main advantages of IT staffing!)   The experience was above expectations and resulted in various new recurring revenue streams/areas.   We started with 2 people assigned and we are currently more than ten (with a peak of 20)   We have built a partnership model in which the client considers our staff as its own.   By partnering with us the client: Has improved retention, which impacts productivity and revenue. Has incorporated high-performant teams, pushing their limits to foster continuous improvement.      ### Crédito de la Casa: Mobile App Dev & Web Revamp fo   Crédito de la Casa is a Uruguayan company dedicated to providing financial solutions to its clients.   The company has over 200 service points nationwide and over 10,000 affiliated businesses.   The Challenges: They are undergoing a digital and technological transformation.   As part of this transformation, they planned to launch the "Commerce App," a mobile application designed to enhance the experience for businesses and end customers using "Compra Ágil" (a BNPL solution), a method by which Crédito de la Casa allows customers to buy on credit from affiliated companies.   They were looking for a committed and trusted partner to close a tech gap in mobile while their IT team would focus on the backend.   We co-defined four main issues to be addressed: Intuitive and user-friendly design.  Dashboard with relevant metrics.  Two payment flows QR codes or sending a code via SMS. Two roles were defined for the App, "Administrator" and "Seller," and a third one, Supervisor, for the web   The Solution: The app's primary function was to facilitate the management of purchases in stores participating in the "Compra Ágil" program, making it more comfortable and intuitive for both the vendor and the end customer.   Through a UX discovery, we sought to thoroughly understand the problem, context, and user needs before creating a concrete solution.   We created fidelity prototypes to visualize the user interface, enabling feedback and early testing.     On top of the app, we were in charge of revamping the current Commerce web for this BNPL solution to adapt the look and feel to one of the mobile apps we were working on and add the QR payment option.   The Results: We delivered on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or features.   By using the Agile methodology, we gave transparency to the client, and it was easy for them to optimize the planning and follow up on advances.   ### Unlocking ServiceNow's Potential With Our Experts The Client: Our client is a globally diversified property and casualty reinsurance underwriter. In 2023, MiAuto successfully tested its concept, reaching over 210 sales points in Uruguay. The Challenge: With the platform's success and market receptivity, they needed a website that: Scaled with their growth: Adapting to their ambitious plans. Enhanced user experience: Offering a simple and engaging process. Optimized conversions: Turning more visitors into customers. Seeking a technology partner, they found Switch. We formed a multidisciplinary team to collaborate with MiAuto, becoming their development execution unit. The Results: 3 months to go live with the new web. 50% market share for industry leadership. +30.000 financing secured, being a resounding success. 2 Third-party integrations (core banking and insurance) Given the successful partnership, we continue collaborating with MiAuto to help them reach their full potential through technology. ### Connecting the Financial Ecosystem: BCIE's Digital The Client: Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE) is crucial in Central America's integration and development.‍The multilateral financial institution, headquartered in Tegucigalpa (Honduras), promotes the integration and balanced economic and social development of its member countries.  ‍The Challenge: BCIE sought a technology partner to develop and enhance its Digital Services Platform.  This platform is a critical tool for BCIE's Executive Units (countries) and internal staff, facilitating efficient operations and service delivery.  The initial project focused on enhancing the loan application processing through a streamlined conditionality module that involved a complex set of requirements: Collaborative Development Large & Secure File Upload User Experience (UX) Redesign Core Services Integration with existing systems for a smooth workflow. Modernized Digital Services Platform positions BCIE for future growth and strategic goals. ### A PCI-Compliant Solution To Empower New Businesses Zenus Bank is an American digital bank headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The company operates with an international banking license and offers Personal, Business, Corporate, and Institutional banking services directly to clients through mobile apps and online banking. Zenus offers BIN sponsorship to fintech businesses, allowing them to access Visa’s payment processing and card management services without joining a major card scheme. The bank faced a significant challenge: developing a PCI-compliant fintech solution with the highest level of certification (Level 1) to ensure other merchants could operate securely and efficiently. This required a deep understanding of VISA's APIs and the ability to connect them to provide seamless real-time transaction communication and confirmation. Zenus needed a technology partner with proven expertise in developing complex, cloud-based, secure fintech solutions. They found a tech partner in Switch; they trusted our technical skills and experience to deliver the robust solution they envisioned. We streamlined transaction workflows for secure, instant payments during the project by analyzing responses and defining scalable infrastructure. Recognizing the need for agility, we implemented a serverless AWS architecture, significantly simplifying PCI certification and reducing security burdens by delegating responsibilities to AWS-managed services. This ensured continuous security through the SDLC and facilitated future audits with AWS Security Hub. We achieved Level 1 PCI certification and went live in months, a process estimated to take twice as long without our AWS serverless solution. The scalable, cloud-native app reduced audit complexity and guaranteed a more secure environment. This solidified Zenus's position as a 100% digital bank, enhancing customer connections and enabling new business opportunities. ### Empowering Zenus Bank with Quality Processes Zenus Bank is a 100% digital financial institution headquartered in San Juan. It operates with an international banking license and offers Personal, Business, Corporate, and Institutional banking services directly to clients through mobile apps and online banking.  The Challenge: Zenus Bank faced a significant challenge: migrating to a new core banking system. This change impacted numerous critical processes and services, including transaction validation and international fraud detection. Due to the complexity of this migration and the criticality of these services, Zenus recognized the need for expert testing support to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the highest level of quality and security for its customers. Limited documentation compounded the complexity, making it challenging to understand existing system functionalities and design practical tests for the new implementation. The Solution: Zenus engaged Switch for QA testing support in September 2023. Our dedicated QA testers integrated with their team to ensure a smooth, on-schedule transition within four months. We meticulously documented Zenus's existing application to understand workflows and identify weaknesses.  We then conducted comprehensive testing, encompassing planning, use case development, and execution, using tools like Jira and Xray. Beyond testing, we helped Zenus build a robust, bank-wide quality assurance process, designing effective methodologies and establishing a continuous improvement framework.  We also designed efficient incident management workflows for bug identification, tracking, and resolution, implementing error-tracking systems and communication protocols. The Results: The project went live on schedule with minimal incidents. Our efficient, collaborative approach streamlined development speed. The implemented robust quality process significantly improved Zenus's product quality, directly enhancing software performance, reliability, and user experience. ### AI-powered invoice processing system The Client: Alchavo provides businesses with a comprehensive accounting solution, enabling them to outsource financial management completely.   The Challenge: Even with their advanced platform, one crucial step still relied on their clients: manual invoice entry. Relying on manual processes led to a significant time investment and a high potential for human error, directly impacting efficiency. This approach also resulted in limited business scalability and inefficient resource utilization, ultimately creating a critical bottleneck for their clients' invoices and rapid and accurate digitization. They needed a solution to enhance their clients' experience while integrating seamlessly into their core accounting platform. The Solution: We built an intelligent invoice processing system on AWS, leveraging Amazon Bedrock's AI models to automate manual invoice entry fully. Here's how it works: Suppliers email invoices to a designated inbox. Our system then uses AI to read documents, extract key data (like vendor, amounts, and dates), and automatically enters this information into your accounting system. This solution delivers automatic data extraction, robust classification, and validation through configurable rules. Crucially, the system learns and improves with each processed invoice, predicting categorizations and even automatically approving invoices with high confidence, requiring no client intervention. The Results: This solution delivered a transformative impact, ushering in an era of less time, fewer errors, and happier clients, enabling limitless growth.  By automating invoice processing, over 2,000 hours were freed up for more strategic tasks. The new system is inherently scalable, allowing for a higher volume of invoices without increasing operational costs and requiring no ongoing tech support.
