Eyzee's involvement extended to offering training sessions designed to enhance our team's proficiency in utilizing Jira Software Cloud to its fullest potential. 
Furthermore, Eyzee provided comprehensive assistance in optimizing both Jira Service Management and Jira Software, ensuring streamlined and efficient processes within these platforms. Additionally, Eyzee provided expert advice on purchasing Atlassian licenses, ensuring we made informed decisions aligned with our organizational needs. Eyzee consultants were responsible for design, implementation and deployment API functionality to access public data in Central Vehicle and Driver Register (CEPiK) according to standards. Our partners also created APIs to their databases with public data. We, as a project leading organization, ask Eyzee consultants to verify, coordinate and support our partners' work. After finishing their work on API to CEPiK, Eyzee consultants joined the team working on the dane.gov.pl portal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working IT solution. After every scrum sprint, the team presented the results of their work and got feedback on what they needed to change, what thay needed to work on first.

Eyzee managed the project in an agile mode, in a very efficient way, so that the items were delivered before the required deadline and met all the requirements of our standards. They are very flexible and responsive to customer needs.
