The scope of work with Tacta included developing a fully customizable and centralized management platform for our locations. Summary of key deliverables:

Appointments management system:

Developed a centralized booking platform for managing appointments across all clinics.
Customizable treatment rooms, working hours, and treatments are supported for each clinic.
Implemented role-based access control for employees with varying permissions.
Enabled appointment scheduling, modification, and cancellation functionalities.
Provided a booking calendar for easy visualization and management of appointments.

Patients management system:

Created a client portal for patients to schedule consultations and manage their profiles.
Developed a patient database with detailed information, including treatment history and observations.
Implemented a wallet system for managing patient deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
Enabled patients to access invoices, treatment estimates, and appointment details.

Accounting Integration:

Created a custom accounting system and integrated it with the platform
The platform is configurable for tax rates for different countries and has a discount rule engine integrated 
Enables us to generate invoices for appointments and treatment sessions with customizable details.
Provided administrators with an overview of earnings, invoices, and financial data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The solution now manages over 350.000 patients across 170 clinics in France, Belgium, Germany, and Luxemburg.
