We engaged Nexxt Ideas to help us recover from a major technical mess left by a previous development partner. The scope of work included identifying and resolving severe infrastructure instability, cleaning up legacy code, and eliminating system timeouts and crashes. They worked across our backend and frontend stack, helped complete several unfinished development features, and implemented improvements that allowed our app to scale without downtime.

They also played a key role in supporting our new CTO—collaborating closely with him to transition technical knowledge, improve processes, and ultimately get our team to a place where we could manage things independently. Their deliverables were a mix of stabilization work, new features, performance improvements, and technical mentorship.

Overall, we were very happy with the partnership. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be tighter timelines and setting clearer expectations around delivery dates. That said, they were always transparent when things shifted and communicated well throughout.

Took the idea/concept for our company and developed the software from the ground up. Throughout the process there was ongoing communication and support as the AI app was created. Extensive research was done on the industry our company was targeting in order to create the best technology for the market. The app was run through several beta tests and app improvements were completed based on the feedback given. Moving forward as the app is taken to market Nexxtideas is providing ongoing technical and onboarding support. Invalueable!

Nexxt is our development partner for us and the companies we work with. They give us feedback on AI strategy feasibility, technical feasibility, and prototype towards product-market fit. Then they go on to build the product in an iterative way for our clients.

Nexxt has a 96% product launch success rate, which is unheard of in this industry. Typically, it's a 90% failure rate. Their approach is the best we've seen for validating market fit and iterating to make sure what they are building actually solves the problem and is viable. I wouldn't work with any other development group.

They are responsive and have process that are easy to follow. You always know where you stand with their work and never have to guess. They tell you the progress before you have to ask.

I don't know another company that is so fast, iterative, and effective. Typically, development groups will happily build you something that doesn't work because it means more money for them. Nexxt doesn't to do that. They know that if your product succeeds, they will succeed, so they do their best and use tested best practices to make that happen.

They are constantly learning and iterating, so I see them constantly trying things and then improving. So anything they could improve I see them doing.

They go the extra mile in helping you get your business ready for the product you are building.  A lot of companies can build software, however very few are doing what Nexxt does for your business.

Nothing is coming to mind.  When it comes to testing you really need to go through the app a bunch of times to ensure it is exactly as you want.
