5.0 Jun 12, 2025One thing I appreciated was how quickly their agents adapted when we introduced a flash sale — they got fully briefed overnight and were ready the next morning. Only issue we had was during the very first week: one of the agents had a bit of an accent that some customers found hard to understand. Aidey addressed it immediately and reassigned roles within 48 hours — I appreciated how quickly they took action without making excuses.
