We needed help with offshore recruiting services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iConsultera provided us with offshore recruiting services. The team assigned a recruiter to our company to help us fill the openings with our end clients. iConsultera ensured the recruiter was at the right level for us and onboarded them. I interviewed the recruiter before hiring them. Once I interviewed and hired the recruiter, they integrated into our daily routine practices and worked with our clients. The team provided initial training for the hired candidates.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two recruiters at any given time, and over time, we worked with about four recruiters.

I knew the owner of iConsultera and had a work history with them.

We spent between $15,000–$20,000.
