However, we wanted peace of mind, and they’ve helped us achieve it, so we’re okay paying that. EBS has very good processes. They don’t miss the deadlines, and they follow a very good system. Additionally, they explain everything to us, including what will happen next and what we can expect as a client. If we have a deadline to meet, they inform us at the start of the month and keep reminding us about it, even though it’s not their responsibility. They’re always following up to make sure we meet deadlines — I really value that. I like EBS’ constant follow-ups. In addition, they offered us an accounting piece of software — it was a part of their package. Thanks to this software, I can see what’s going on, even if I’m not in the office. They give us solutions and not just services; that’s an aspect that we also like about them. If someone is thinking of working with them, they shouldn’t consider the extra cost. They should look at the quality of work they’re offering; it is worth it.
