Talent Formula’s unique model of not just finding, but retaining talent, was appealing to Quantaco, who invests heavily in training to ensure that all team members deeply understand the nuances of the Australian hospitality industry.  Similarly, the broad range of roles Talent Formula can find meant we  could have differing levels of seniority working together as a squad meaning a Client Lead could have financial analysts all working together in one office collaborating on one client.

We have a long-standing partnership with Talent Formula, having started working with them in 2014. 

We have been able to double our business growth year on year, while Talent Formula manages the recruitment, ongoing support, and additional management of team members. This ensures that all team members are a seamless extension of the growing Quantaco team.
