On-time and accurate delivery of needed tasks, as mentioned in the project description portion

Yes, 90%+ of the time. The only time things were delayed was when payroll would fall on a day that the person assigned to my account does not work (Fridays), which has definitely caused some issues. As we grow and build this business, we won't be able to accept that a Friday be an off day if that is a payroll day - it ends up falling on me to do payroll in those circumstances.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The person assigned to my account (Beata) is HIGHLY accountable and capable. I super appreciate their consistency and how much I can trust them with the things I need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zenbooks could have done differently?

As mentioned in the question before - right now, the assigned representative does not work on Fridays, which in the beginning wasn't really an issue, but is now becoming an issue as we grow, and people really expect to be paid on a Friday when the payroll period lands on that day. Otherwise, everything has been great.

We hired Zenbooks to come in and clean up our books after our previous cloud accounting firm left it in a state of mess. They oversee our month-end bookkeeping, P&Ls, tax filing and advisory, and payroll management

I appreciate their team and ownership seem to genuinely care about the work they do, and how they contribute towards their client's success. Something we lacked in our previous 2 experiences with cloud accounting firms. They are also very accessible when needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zenbooks could have done differently?

Be a bit more flexible upfront with customized pricing solutions - with an in-house finance person, we had "unique needs" in terms of all the services we needed or didn't need. It took some time to hone in on the correct package for us, but we did get there.

Zenbooks manages our bookkeeping requirements for our company which includes payroll. They have been very quick to create simplified processes. They also completed our Fiscal 2022 Corporate Tax returns

Zenbooks are tech savvy and have found off the shelf software to create streamlined processes. I'm very happy with the accountant who is assigned to our company. She makes it easy and She's super smart and organized.

I can't think of any improvements at this time.
