We have improved our margins on a consistent basis, mainly from being smarter about our expenses and understanding what revenue we needed to generate on a monthly basis. Our AR is consistently staying on track instead of running overdue all the time, allowing us to have a more consistent cash flow.

InDinero was brought on to replace an existing outsourced accounting firm that had made a mess of our books and followed lax accounting controls/practices. For the first year of the project, InDinero helped us clean up our books and institue GAAP compliant policies, all while acting as our outsourced accounting firm in support of day to day business operations.

During their time with us, they have also providede fractional CFO services and acted as a consultant/subject matter expert during a proposed capital raise. This year, they're helping us think through and institue accounting practices in support of a new fintech platform we are developing and are providing guidance throughout the entire process to ensure we are GAAP compliant.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the first time in NeoReach history, we have a comprehensive deferred revenue schedule. We have written accounting policies and GAAP compliant procedures. We've also lowered the time to complete a month-end close from 30 days to less than 14. Our invoicing and payment timelines form our own vendors have seen a minimum 25% reduciton in the time to issue and collect.

Communication with the team is extremely clear. They communicate their timelines and will freely as if they're coming against hurdles. They will clearly communicate if there are shifts in staff or who takes on which responsibilities. We primarily use emails but will jump on calls if needed for larger discussions.

Although the engagement was temporary, due to their dedication to ensuring financial excellence and process enhancement, we've kept them on at a lower scale indefinitely. Their eagerness to learn new systems and processes while ensuring quality work is impressive. They work like it is their own.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For the most part, nothing, but it would be great if they could completely the tasks slightly more ahead of schedule so there would be more time for reviews prior to the next deliverable.

firstly, inDinero did an amazing job organizing our books to the SaaS industry standards and maintaining them without me involved. Also, they are helping us have a financial projection of when we're cash heavy or light so we can plan investments accordingly.

InDinero run the accounting of Just Play. I'm a first time founder with 0 accounting experience - so it's a big challenge!

We looked at what firms were recommended by startup accelerator Y Combinator. InDinero were recommended top so we chose them!

InDinero have ran all the accounting services in the company. They use quick books primarily and arrange all taxes that we need (1099ks, Delaware annual tax etc.)

We pay InDinero a monthly fee of around $1500

We got a lot of time with Nicole W. whose been great. She back dated our accounts and got them sent off in time for the financial years end.

Our company has it's accounts fully sorted out so I don't have to worry about them. My focus is fully on the growth of the business which has been extremely helpful. We also use the financial metrics to make strategic decisions.

We now speak on a monthly zoom call to tie up the accounts. Nicole messages by email whenever somethings needed. InDinero have been very timely in all of this.
