We've had a great experience with Jump (now Rise) including with the R&D tax credits. We've been with them since the beginning and have no reason to look elsewhere. They run our general ledger and payroll efficiently and are extremely flexible and constructive with ways to optimize resources and take advantage of any available benefits.

They are very responsive and have a very competent team assigned to us. Work is clear in terms of what is included in the monthly fee and what are add-ons (e.g. SEIS/EIS applications, tax credits, etc.). It has been a very fluid relationship and I highly recommend them.

They demonstrate responsiveness and flexibility, which are appreciated in the entrepreneurial sphere.

A more intergrated approach to presenting services could help make their capabiiiities more visible. We contracted services as needed, but could have used more guidance to do more "all in one place". It has taken us too long to centralize everything with Rise.

Rise has changed the way we do our accounting, we are now on top of all our accounts on an ongoing basis instead of just scrambling at the end of the tax year. We now have everything reconciled and sorted at the end of each month with a much more specific understanding of how our finances are doing and where we can improve.

Our product, Facial Dynamics, will be the first low cost, accessible tool that allows remote analysis of facial palsy and tremors using everyday mobile devices. 
For the first time ever, clinicians and researchers will be able to access objective data about facial movement remotely, overcoming the limitations of infrequent in-person evaluations. 
We’re building the tool in response to a growing call from the clinical and patient community. Facial Dynamics has the potential to improve patient nutrition, communication, hydration and confidence in social and work life, while also reducing pressure on support services. 
The platform consists of a facial movement recorder app on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad) which exchanges information including video, detailed movement data and recovery programmes, with the web-based managment platform for clinicians ansd therapists.

Mass adoption by patients and clinicians in the facial palsy, stroke, facial nerve damage space, for example NHS, speech and language therapists, plastic sugeons, private hospitals and clinicians, amongst other user in the UK and globally.
