They provide lead generation services to us. We give them information about the ideal customer profile we want to attract and how we want to expand our business.

They create a campaign for that particular customer profile and, through email and phone calls, try to attract more business for us. We’ve gone through several campaigns, both general and for specific product areas that we’ve been working on.

We researched companies doing lead generation as well as digital marketing, website upgrades, and social media. We wanted to work with a lead generation company that understood our particular type of work.This company was a good match for the kinds of potential customers we were looking for.

We spoke with them and, based on their experience and the process for lead generation that they outlined, we felt comfortable with them. They were very transparent about how the process would go and what to expect.

Our initial campaign was around CES, the consumer electronics trade show that took place in January. They started in November, and we hadn’t expected much given the timing around the holidays.

Within that short amount of time, they were able to set up a handful of face-to-face meetings at CES. So far, those meetings haven’t translated to business, but we have started building those contacts and relationships.

How did you select this vendor?

Through google and clutch. plus some of their clients was friend of friend. I just contact them through email and they get back to me in less than an hour so first impression was great. Then they sent me high quality proposal and from there we start working with them.

The project required messaging to be development for an email campaign on both of my products, identify the market we were going after and develop a list meeting all the requirements, then market to the last both through email and through linked in. Conduct calls to all the contacts on the list. Use predetermined content for this dialog and ultimately schedule appointments with interested prospects

The team consisted of a Researcher, SDR, SDR Team, Sales Development Representative, Sales Operations Specialist and myself

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once ramped up we have been averaging 4-5 qualified appointments per week. I currently have 4 open opportunities that may turn into sales in the coming weeks as they continue to move forward. All of the appointments were with pre-qualified interested parties and have been worth my time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have an outstanding workflow — the process I have been through with this team has been seamless. I always know real time what is going on with their efforts and opportunities they push my way. Extremely response to any questions I have.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The main reason we went with them is because we had references from people we knew. In addition, we felt their value for money proposition was appealing compared to others. They weren’t the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive. They also have a global outreach and aren’t just focused on the US market, as many startups are.

We’re satisfied with them. It’s really easy to work with them.
