Our collaboration was freeform, so I didn’t provide strict deadlines. However, whenever I told them when something was urgent, they were very responsive. For example, if I sent them an email at night saying that the website was down, I would wake up in the morning and see that it was up again. The only thing I would have changed was Top Bros’ billing. They prefer to work on a retainer basis, but I would have liked to work on a net 30 basis. However, I understood why they worked that way, and they even were flexible with us for some time in that regard.

The Bandicoot team was great to work with. We threw a lot of challenges their way and they took them and ran with them. They were quick to respond, even if the project was something that would take a while to finish they would communicate an accurate target date for completion which helped us manage expectations. My favorite part about working with Bandicoot was the willingness to explain why things were needing to be done a certain way. We are not experts in web development so really being able to hear from the experts as to why something needs to be formatted a specific way or in a specific color was eye-opening.

The new website works!!! The old website had many bugs and technical issues (it was slow, many crashes, we had some legal issues). Now we are confident that NLP Top Coach is where we want it to be. The team at eXcelebrate combines theory with practice and case studies, to further guide us why things would be done in certain ways, before we decided on actions. Their never-ending support, and NLP Top Coach had many questions and we got them all answered! We also had several time zones to consider (US, Europe, Asia) and this was never an issue, always in NLPTC favour to set up a meeting.

ChicMic were extremely reasonable about all issues, so we easily found agreement when processes could be tweaked, develop items were in or out-of-scope, and so on. With a less reasonable provider, there could easily have been conflict in this project, but it was avoided because of their ability to rationally and reasonably discuss differences and come to a fair and valid solution.
