Seo Gorillas helped us with our website design, development, hosting, and implementation from start to finish. We provided them with some higher-level design ideas, but we left most of the work to them. I only asked that the platform be easy to follow and requested a few specific landing pages. 

Since we are a brand new company, we didn’t have any brand guidelines for them to follow, but we did have a logo and other marketing materials for them to use. They put together the written and visual content and some video content that showcases our products for our landing pages. 

They implemented an e-commerce functionality where customers can order and pay directly on the website. There is also a function that allows us to track inventory and orders from our end of the website. 

Now they assist with SEO efforts so we can get as many website hits as possible. They also help with our social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter that connect back to our website.

I’d prefer not to share specific metrics, but the feedback from our customers has been very positive. We’re doing a good amount of business on the site; I’d say it increased our business by 50%–60%.  

That proves to me that the website is successful, and users can leverage the functionalities on the website.

Seo Gorillas exceeds my expectations in terms of project management. We had a lot of initial conversations and meetings over Zoom and exchanged emails going into the project. In the beginning, we had weekly and daily status calls, and they used a platform to review and share documentation. 

Now, we have a touchpoint call every few weeks to see how everything is going from each end. Generally, we don’t communicate as much at this point because we’ve moved into the management side of the project.
