Utilising our in house communication methods, workflow is fluid. They've raised the bar with response times and we have to remind ourselves of the high level of expectation to response times 2Hats deliver to.

Our firm uses Basecamp to manage projects. 2Hats was given access to the project for our teams to communicate. We also communicated via WhatsApp without any issues.

Above all I wanted a unique design, that would be fresh, vivid and colorful. Furthermore I wanted the website to be simple, with a clear navigation to lead visitors where they supposed to find the most important content. They should not be distracted.

I approached 2Hats with some very basic ideas which they embraced but also improved from the start on. We set up milestones and a timeline. Henceforth we stayed in close contact, the communication was always easy and quick.

The 2Hats-team also came forward with new ideas and proposals frequently, which I was very happy about because those guys just didn't only implemented my ideas but brought their own into the project which led the whole thing to a very pleasing result.

The website needs some minor additions in German which I will finish soon but I already showed it to some clients and the reaction was continously very positive.

Their understanding of the way I wanted to present the website to my customers and the very imaginative implementation of that, although my wishes were sort of unclear sometimes :) And the quick and target-oriented communication of course.

We had been looking to enhance our development services for years, but developers in San Diego are hard to come by and are expensive.
