They are full service without going overseas or farming out to subcontractors. Because of this, you know that your project is safe and secure. They provide one team and that team stays with you. Even as people dropped off of some of the other projects, there has been one specific developer that has been our point person throughout the entire project, and he will stay with us throughout launch and maintenance. It is important to have the same team dedicated to you so you never have to figure out who to contact; you have your team, they're solid, and you can rely on them.
