Are there any areas for improvement or something Revolution Design could have done differently?

The only minor area for improvement could be occasional operational tasks that popped up, but they were infrequent and had no impact on the overall outcome. Revolution Design managed everything seamlessly, and these small issues never detracted us.

Revo Design was hired to design the next features to be added to our wallet application and improve the overall UI and UX of the product. With deliverables such as allowing users to manage multiple accounts seamlessly and preparing the UI/UX of the application with multiple blockchains in mind.

We saw a decrease in support requests/complaints about the app's UX, which suggests users have fewer difficulties and a better understanding of the app. There has been a visible increase in user satisfaction by way of comments on social media in regard to the improved UI and UX for the projects undertaken and key website metrics suggest improved retention of users and number of new users since improvements were applied to kdaexplorer.com
