I am the managing director at a company that supplies gas and steam turbines and their corresponding parts.

What challenge were you trying to address with Outlast Creative?

Outlast Creative was charged with creating a new logo design for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Outlast Creative developed a new logo for my company using information garnered from an in-depth conversation we had with their creative team. I explained the routes I wanted to be able to follow with the logo before Outlast Creative's team began creation. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with James (Founder and Director). 

How did you come to work with Outlast Creative?

A friend of a friend referred me to Outlast Creative. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with Outlast Creative in July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Outlast Creative completely nailed what I was looking for in a logo on their first attempt. 

How did Outlast Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Outlast Creative had good project management — I told James what to do and he delivered within the allotted timeframe. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated the reasonable pricing and the time James spent with me determining exactly what I wanted. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn't change anything about my experience with Outlast Creative.

Customers shouldn't hesitate to tell Outlast Creative precisely what they're looking for, no matter how trivial it may seem.

We had just started the business and was looking for a company logo so we enquired with outlast creative if they could do this for us

We selected out last because of previous work they had done

Outlast designed 3 logos for us with we're all in detail and we choose the one that suited our company better

I worked directly with James about any ideas I had and we converted them on to paper

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo that was chosen was brilliant and is now our logo on all our workwear and our online pages and business cards

We had weekly phone calls on the progress and was very helpful throughout the project

They could turn an idea in your head into reality.

Nope they did everything to a brilliant standered

He was recommended to our Company

Our old website was not user friendly and needed updating and due to the platform it was set up on no employee could access the site to make updates.

We had the MD of the Company work with our employees to understand and ensure what was proposed suited our needs

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is now up and running and is easily accessible for the general public to access and most importantly our employees can easily update areas on a regularly basis

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellant communication and regular attendances by the MD of Outcast Creative ensured that the project was completed efficiently and on time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Outcast Creative are one of our tenants within our building so if their is an issue it can be dealt with within minutes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, as they are a credible company and should be proud of how they made sure that our website ran quickly and efficiently.
