They were fully involved in the creative process of the website design from start to finish. This included conceptualising the visual direction, designing each page layout, and creating stencils to guide structure and functionality. They worked closely with developers to bring each design to life, ensuring the site was not only visually appealing but also interactive and user-friendly.

To enhance the site's personal touch, they hired a professional photographer to capture team photos, which were later edited and optimised using Photoshop where needed. They also created and reformatted a video for the homepage, ensuring it aligned with the overall design and brand message.

Throughout the project, we held weekly meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and align on deliverables. In-person meetings were arranged when deeper collaboration was required, helping to maintain strong communication and momentum across all phases of the project.

Throughout the project, deliverables were always clear with constant communication from both parties. There were times when feedback from our side wasn't understood and we had to repeat it again in other meetings which delayed the project slightly, but this is understable given the big task it was. Overall, Epik delivered items on time.

Could have been a little more efficient at the back end of website build, quality checking site and go-live. May be the feedback loop from client to design team / Epik and web developers.
