At each meeting I could see they had prepared ideas or options for me, and I left with clear expectations and opportunities and a process to contribute to next steps. Infomedia is a diverse group that loves to have fun, but as I have faced retirement age, I have often found a skeptical attitude about my technology-understanding from younger colleagues. The Infomedia team demonstrated nothing but respect as I asked questions that sometimes identified that I was a little out of my depth with terms or concepts they were using.
