We wanted to execute a product campaign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us develop and plan a direct mail and email campaign. They helped us track the results from those campaigns as well, which was extremely beneficial. We met with them a number of times, and they presented options for us to use. For our target audience, a social media campaign would not have been effective, so they helped us know what campaigns would be the most effective.

They had experience working with companies like ours. They understood our needs and challenges.

We began working with them in April 2016, and the project was completed in October 2016.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Because of the results, we've eliminated direct mail from our strategy. We'd been using direct mail before, but this was the first time we measured it.

I have an extensive background in active sportswear and have launched my own company recently, VUGA Brand Apparel. We sell our products online and through corporate deals and have a pick-and-pack facility. I am the founder and chief executive officer of the company.

OpenMedium was instrumental in setting up our Shopify site. OpenMedium set up the photography we provided, and they've also participated on the consulting side. They offer us social media management and on-demand support as well. OpenMedium has provided a team of experienced people who have been helpful on a number of levels.

I received a couple of bids. OpenMedium's rate was around 25% lower than the rest for full-service digital strategy and execution.

The ongoing social media strategy work has a cost of $1,000 per month.

We started working with OpenMedium in June 2016. The project is ongoing.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We launched the brand in November 2016. There have been many online sales, not only direct-to-consumer but also through corporate accounts. OpenMedium has been instrumental in supporting that, and they're helpful in dealing with our Twitter and Facebook marketing.

OpenMedium has always been available for any questions I had. I highly recommend OpenMedium, and I will continue to work with the company.
