Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
Approximately 90 percent of our calls from potential customers come from online sources that Streamline Results optimized. We're on the first page, and we have 10 percent to 15 percent of our customers from personal referrals. We're a relatively small company, but we do $30,000 a month in sales. It's myself, the co-owner, and a part-time employee to help us out with the overflow.
We're getting into our slow season but, by next spring, we're looking to pick up an extra one or two people. We get five to 10 calls a day. We didn't expect to be this busy. It's above and beyond our expectations. Our goal is to do $500,000 in sales this year. Right now, we're on pace to hit that.
How did Streamline Results perform from a project management standpoint?
We couldn't be happier. We've had companies try to get us away from them, but there's no way we will change. If we have problems, Streamline is reachable easily, whether it's an email, calling the office line, or doing the online chats.

Streamline Results understands our industry, and it shows on our website, SEO results, marketing tactics, and putting us in touch with other customers in the same industry that service different areas to see what works for them that might help us out and vice versa.
Is there anything Streamline Results could have improved or done differently?
Nothing really. They are in the process of helping us design a couple of brochures. Originally, that wasn't an offering, but we spend an hour a week on the phone and go through the layout. We're putting the finishing touches on it. The more successful we are, the more successful Streamlines Results is.
