After several meetings to discuss our requirements, we received 3 initial designs for the website. Once we chose a theme, they began the process of building the site, linking it to 3rd party vendors, and incorporating a booking system. They had great communication which allowed us to show them how we wanted the rest of the site to look and function.
Once the website was completed and working flawlessly we had several more meetings to discuss and strategize our marketing plan. We chose a to focus on SEO, google ads, and social media. Aidan Taylor's expertise in these areas was invaluable in the success of our business.

I’m the VP of marketing and development for Engelmann-Becker Corporation. We’ve developed curriculum for K-12 schools in the past four decades.
What challenge were you trying to address with Aidan Taylor Marketing?
We hired Aidan Taylor when we kicked off our phonics reading web app. The team helped us with marketing the product. To elaborate, we needed to create a brand and generate brand awareness before promoting it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Aidan Taylor created a dynamic website that could be found by anybody searching for beginner reading solutions, such as our app.
The team updated our logo, and as the engagement evolved, we worked together on campaigns to build awareness for the product. We kicked the campaign off through a series of emails sent to teachers. Our teams also used social media to target homeschoolers.
At present, we’re starting to promote the product even further.

Our first interaction was in April 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

Aidan Taylor’s guidance on promoting our product and building awareness has yielded an incredible number of registrations. Our web app has jumped from having zero users to having under a thousand users. We’ve also had an incredibly successful Facebook campaign; almost half of our registrants have come from that.
How did Aidan Taylor Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
The team brings organization and a definitive process to the table. They help us know how to get to where we want to be. Aidan Taylor accounts for every project aspect, and they keep people accountable for both parties. As a result, everybody knows what needs to be done and who’s responsible for it. On top of that, we’re a small company with only 25 people, but we do many productions. Fortunately, Aidan Taylor’s services are priced correctly, and that has also kept us in the engagement.
In terms of communication, I talk directly with John via phone calls, text messages, and emails. We also meet once a week to talk about everything from our status to upcoming projects — we keep our communication lines open. Moreover, the whole team is genuinely responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What makes Aidan Taylor different from the competition is the way they engage their customers. They don’t have a cookie-cutter approach. For comparison, I’ve dealt with other marketing companies, and I can almost predict the questions they ask me. Even though some of those questions are valid, their processes stay within guidelines.
By contrast, the Aidan Taylor team thinks outside the box. They also care about what they’re doing when they engage with us. Because of that, we never feel like they don’t have time for us; we feel that we’re a top priority when we engage with them.
To clarify, we’re not looking to do the project cheaply, but we want to get the best value for what we’re paying. With that in mind, we get the best value from their team, and their resources deliver results — we ultimately see significant growth over a short period. That’s what makes them different.

No, there aren’t any. I haven’t found anything that they could’ve done better. When we come across something that we question, we talk about it. The team then either changes it, or it stays the same.

When you communicate with Aidan Taylor, tell them exactly what you want. Tell them the holes in your organization, and ask them how they can fill those holes. In other words, when you understand your needs, Aidan Taylor will help you find a way to address them. They may even identify things that you haven’t seen or considered.

I’m the founder and president of Revs Up, a staffing agency in Phoenix.
What challenge were you trying to address with Aidan Taylor Marketing?
I was planning on revamping my previous brand. In 2021, I expanded my team from two to 11 people, so we grew quite quickly in terms of personnel. I sought out a marketing agency that had experience creating and implementing new brands.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve partnered with Aidan Taylor Marketing to help me scale my company’s infrastructure and marketing. They’ve worked with us to choose the company’s new name and create the entire brand.
I’ve asked them to evaluate my customers and my clients. My customers are sales job candidates, and my clients are software firms looking to hire for sales jobs. Essentially, Aidan Taylor Marketing’s first mission has been to help us understand and create better messaging for candidates and the companies that are looking to hire them. Aidan Taylor Marketing also built five case studies for us.
Aidan Taylor Marketing has performed a persona exercise to give us a deep understanding of who our customers are, what their motivations and drivers are, and how they make purchasing decisions. Aidan Taylor Marketing has also studied our candidates to determine why they would use a staffing agency, what they look for in a staffing agency, and what their process is for finding a new job.
We started with 1,000 different brand names, then narrowed it down ultimately to six options before making our final choice. Aidan Taylor Marketing has been instrumental in helping us understand in great detail how each of those names would be perceived. They’ve helped us evaluate the positive and negative qualities of each brand name, unpacking how each name would be perceived by our personas.
Once the brand name was decided, Aidan Taylor Marketing provided us with a mobile-friendly website design, copywriting services, and SEO. From start to finish, they’ve collaborated with me to create new brand imagery, a color palette, and wording.
