Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the marketing manager for Kono Kogs, Inc. the worlds largest supplier of used and refurbished thermal oxidizer systems for air pollution control.

For what projects/services did your company hire NAVEO Marketing, and what were your goals?

We had neglected our website, SEO and PPC efforts as we navigated all the moving parts associated with a fast growing business. Our website ranking was waning by many obvious metrics and we knew the value of on-line marketing, which was a strength from the start of our business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did almost all of our on-line marketing in-house and I was very familiar with PPC and SEO. From the start NAVEO took ownership of our company's marketing needs- even before they were hired! Their investigation of our past efforts (both good and obsolete) helped them hit the ground running. They developed foundational plans to improve our ranking and PPC efforts, as well as future, more nuanced plans like eye pleasing webpages, etc.

Initially they attacked our SEO efforts and PPC and we saw the slow rise in traffic they said would happen. Then we updated our website with them and this helped our ranking as well. Their marketing analysis service is well worth the investment, as well. It lays the groundwork for thinking through your true company niche and strengths and tailors the marketing effort to that end.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Account manager, PPC expert, and SEO expert. Content writers as well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The monthly reports couldn't be better sales tools for Naveo. The quantity of first page SERPs has steadily grown, especially in our main keywords. And even (what I thought were) obscure search keywords have done well, and drawn new customers to us..

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was excellent. Mostly accomplished via e-mail, and quarterly phone conferences which worked well for my way of working.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offer even more capability than we have needed. This comforts us that we can grow into their capabilities when appropriate. But the SEO and PPC efforts are their core offering and the one that is critical to us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There have been the typical personnel changes in a company that have disrupted project flow and continuity, but I will say they have filled back in with qualified personnel every time-somehow. I greatly appreciate that!.
