I am the Executive Director of a small non-profit, Sparc Hope, which is a resource center for single parents trying to make a better life for themselves and their children!
For what projects/services did your company hire 301 Interactive Marketing?
Kenny came on board when we were rebranding our company from Mom's Closet Resource Center to Sparc Hope. (Working with single parents versus just single moms!) Kenny and 301 were helping us with the branding, web design, and continues to host our site, and go over analytics with us monthly.
How did you select this vendor?
One of our Board Members, Chris Taylor with Taylor Homes, had used Kenny and 301 for years with their Marketing. He spoke very highly of Kenny and made the introduction. Kenny and I hit it off immediately. He has such a heart for the non-profit sector and especially what we do here at Sparc.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Kenny helped us with all of the branding with our new website, did a fresh new layout, hosts our site for us still today. He also assists me in some of the "day to day" for our website. I am not always knowledgeable enough on word press, so 301 assists. They also meet with us monthly and go over #'s, Analytics etc., to help us determine what we are doing well, and where we might want to change some things up!
What was the team composition?
When the project started, we worked with Kenny and some members of his team. They worked with our marketing committee and a graphic designer that we have used for years. So it was a true collaboration with our teams. Now, I can contact Kenny directly or contact one of his team members for assistance.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
A lot of what they are doing for us is "training" our staff and team what we need to be doing on a regular basis. We continue to watch our #'s rise, and in the process of hiring our own internal marketing coordinator to work directly with Kenny's team to take us to that next level.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Things went smoothly. Kenny and team responds to us very quickly. Which is amazing because sometimes we have "a lot" of hands in the mix!
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They showed that they cared about our organization. Kenny has such a big heart!
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
On my end, I wish I would have brought my graphic designer into the mix a little sooner. A lot of what we do is graphic design, and I have a strong relationship with my designer. Sometimes I need to "get out of the way" and just put her and Kenny together! :P

We hired 301 for Search Engine Optimization, PPC management, Social media and website maintenance. The goals were to increase our brands visibility across all internet channels.

We conducting several interviews of company's that could handle all our needs and felt 301 was the most qualified based on experience.

Our engagement began with a discovery call and introduction to the 301 team. There we setup our goals and schedule our reoccurring meetings to check in our the projects. Our key deliverables were to increase SEO, create a social media calendar and update our website.

They assigned a project manager to work with our account and we communicate directly with her. Her position is digital account manager.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since implementing SEO we have seen our traffic increase by over 20%. Our website is now up to date and we have consistent and relevant postings on our social media channels.

Typically communication is via email and zoom. Their timeliness is great. They always respond quickly.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge in the industry stood out to us.

More creative ideas for social media. We know social media can be hard for a logistics company but it seems that content is a little "Canned".

A trusted referral. The team at 301 had a detailed plan to accomplish the project and ongoing services.

Main scope of the project: Research web development platforms to find the best foundation for the project. Determine the technologies to be used in the development for each stage of the project. Develop an overall design that is cohesive to our brand. Overall the project included Wordpress, javascript, jquery, PHP and HTML.

Two main people help from 301, the owner and lead developer.

Our company is pleased with the outcome of the project.

The team communicated with us in a professional manner with two phone meetings per week during the project for a progress report, updates and changes. Other communication was via email.

Their lead developer easily understood the mission and on the fly changes.

Our project is truly unique and one of a kind so we expected to have some delays and challenges. I'm not sure the 301 team could've done anything about that.
301 Interactive Marketing helped the client grow significantly. They trained the client about marketing and other tasks needed on a regular basis. Overall, the entire process was smooth and communication was seamless.
