Introduce your business and what you do there.

We're a business advisory practice. We work with business owners and CEOs to help them navigate through challenges. We generally work on retainer, and we run multiple long-term engagements.

We've worked with them on a number of projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They've done some web development and project management for us, as well as backend data analytics. They pull from multiple sources, and their main strength lies in analytics, PPC, and SEO. A lot of their work is data-driven. Personally, they helped me with my website, and they supported a number of other situations. Our partnership is highly collaborative, and I've witnessed the work they've done for some of our mutual clients.

What is the team composition?

Their owner was our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Izell Marketing Group, LLC?

When we met, we were both working with the same client. Izell came in to do some backend web work and analytics during an online software transfer. They also developed a dashboard for the client that linked at least six software systems. We got to know them, and decided to hire them for our own projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with the client I mentioned for about a year, and we collaborated with Izell for at least a couple of years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They completed a very complicated implementation to a new software system. They managed that whole project, and they captured critical metrics and content in real time. The changes they made impacted the business from a PPC standpoint, and it gave us important information to keep users on the site longer.

They managed the project very well. They took over from another agency, and they made sure that everything was done on time.
