Increased customers

They have been very good at delivering items on time.  They have also been responsive when changes to scope were required or slight changes in objectives during campaigns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A comprehensive service covering an unusually large skill set, including  all aspects of website design, copywriting, understanding my business, understanding my customers and converting this into understandable and practical marketing strategies, and of course SEM, PPC but technical things like Wordpress setup, hosting and others. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Write Good Code could have done differently?

they could move timezone to match Australia.. but thats a bit ask :) .. no seriously I can not think of anything I would want changed.

We are a manufacturer's representative form offering ventilation products to the commercial, institutional, and industrial market places. We offer, application design, sale, and installation of all the equipment we represent.

Website Development - Our introduction to Write Good Code was related to re-developing a website. They created a beautiful site with great content that allowed us to get traffic organically right away. We were so happy with the result that we eventually created a sister site to further promote another line of equipment. 

SEO - Write Good Code has been performing our SEO operations for the past 3 years now. The service provided is well worth the investment. They are very in touch with the products & services we provide and as a result they require very little hand holding which gives us more time to do what we do to make money and allow Write Good Code to what they are good at to help us make more money. Our return has grown year over year. 

Lead Generation - We began with no leads and a bad website with no SEO and no web related leads. Almost immediately after establishing a relationship with Write Good Code we started seeing leads come in. Maybe 1 a week for the first few months, then they grew to a few a week within the first year. Fast forward to today, a few years later and we are now receiving multiple leads each day, totaling near 20 per week.

We have been very satisfied with Write Good Codes timelines and ability to adapt. Write Good Code has been flexible enough to pivot on ideas as we propose changes. Even when pivoting they tend to deliver within the original timelines.  No complaints to offer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to our ideas, their attention to details, their ability to adapt to changing ideas, and their response to anything we bring up. We cannot say enough good things about Write Good Code. Maybe what is so unique is that we do not have any criticisms of the company.

We do not have any criticisms of Write Good Code. The team has always worked hard for us.
