The relationship with the project team was excellent, and that was measured by their communication clarity, response time, realistic flexibility to unforeseen client snags, responsiveness to my requests for clarity as they asked or explained their needs, and their persistence in asking and verifying their understanding of my requests and questions. This project was ridiculous in length because I had a medical emergency a couple months into the project. My complete life focus changed, and I could not put energy into it for almost a year. We negotiated a solution, and when we picked up work again, the pieces were in place to move forward effectively.
