Consistently high-quality work led us to many blog posts, webinars, podcast episodes, back-to-back speaking engagements at the Unbounce blog over several years. In exchange for educating our customers and prospects on the virtues of Unbounce, they were positioned as experts in front of a large audience of qualified prospects.

We got to know various members of the team, but most often worked with Johnathan Dane.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their expert advice led to qualified prospects signing up for our product. Not to mention consistently good feedback from our audience of prospects and customers, website traffic and solid speaker rating scores.

We've communicated over pretty much every channel available and they were always good to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KlientBoost is always at the forefront of PPC strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't personally dislike it, but they're not your typical stodgy, buttoned-up marketing agency. They allow themselves to have fun while working. If you're looking for someone in a nice suit, they might not be for you.

The outcome has been great! KlientBoost has provided a fantastic service in our Google Adwords account. After having much trouble with previous business partners Klientboost provided a great service.

They have optimized our pay-per clicks to a place where we would never have imagined before using their service. Emil, our account manager, had great expertise and initiative within the account. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with Klientboost.

It is great. Emil is always on point and prepared before all phone meetings. He provides regular updates and keeps me in the loop in what is going on within the account.

The communication. Regular updates, regular phone meeting and regular check up emails. I always know what is going on within the account and if I have any concerns they are addressed very quickly.

We had outgrown our former PPC agency and needed a new partner in the US with more expertise that could help us accommodate our ambitious goals of doubling the amount of monthly campaigns. The services agreed on were to launch every marketing campaign across all channels: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and later included Reddit and Bing. We provided the ad creative and landing pages and requested feedback on the approach. They were responsible for launching the campaigns and ads and deliver results in the form of qualified leads.

Mainly and ongoing account manager and designer on their end – with the occasional input of other teammates. The team size changed toward the end of the relationship as we managed to automate parts of the process with internal resources.

KlientBoost helped us launch ~50 campaigns on all channels by the desired timeline. Some campaigns were successful while others were a flop. They suggested running a variety of tests to target different audiences or use a variety of ad creative/copy.

Since I was managing the relationship directly with their account manager, it was very straightforward, and this was key to making the process streamlined. We used Asana for projects and timelines as well as Slack for ongoing communication. They were very feedback-driven and often asked us to review their performance.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The initial discovery calls were with the CEO directly which were very personal and productive. They also have a cool approach (which can be seen in their branding) that resonated with our startup mindset.

Yes, we asked them to be as feedback driven with our campaigns and ads as well as other innovation ideas, and they struggled to deliver much around this.

Every aspect of our campaigns was improved because of their expertise. They knew exactly what settings we needed, researched what topics, keywords, interests we needed to bid on, and wrote better ads. It takes years to understand how to do all of this and we didn't have the time to invest. Our cost per click took a sharp dive and has been manageable since we started working with KlientBoost. We consistently get leads for demos with our software and we've maintained a significantly high rate of lead quality.

We started off a little slow, on our end, just getting the team everything they needed. We wanted to make sure they had the personas we'd researched about our users. Otherwise, they've been great and almost always get back to us in a reasonable timeframe. We stuck to using email, but we still do conference calls online so we can see their screens and the results they are sharing.

They're very professional and trustworthy. Their reputation means everything so they take care of their clients very well.

KlientBoost focuses on bringing in the right traffic, regardless of the platform, which is one reason I chose them. If targeting our audiences weren't right on one platform, they could easily switch without having to ask for more money or slow anything down, which we DID. Once they nailed down that part, the other part was building landing page experiences that actually got us conversions that were quality. So instead of just relying on one portion of the equation (like the traffic), they had two levers to pull which got us better performance than what we had before.

My direct point of contact was an account manager who also did the actual work. They were supported with a conversion designer and I believe that account manager also had a manager helping with bigger strategic moves.

The workflow was very professional, well organized and their communication with me was EXCELLENT throughout the entire process. They kept in touch, kept me abreast of strategy and what they were doing, we had regular check-in meetings and any and all questions and concerns were immediately answered and addressed. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism, friendliness and communication!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication and clarity. They clearly outlined all steps and kept in constant contact and got on the phone whenever needed to sort anything out that needed sorting. They were kind and friendly, organized and on the ball. They had a high level of integrity and professionalism throughout the process.

No. I have a tough demographic to reach, and I feel they did everything they could to help me reach that audience.

ePIPE is an alternative to a traditional repipe. We fix pipes in place with minimum disruption and in most cases, have a same day return to service. I am the Web Designer/ Developer and marketing go-to for ePIPE.

We started off with one consulting meeting and another kick-off meeting. During this time, KilenBoost asked us a lot of relevant industry questions, business operating questions and took the time to understand the full scope of your goals.

They took complete control of our account and cleaned up all the unnecessary expenditure and keywords that did not benefit the business. They put together a great online strategy, backed by a powerful landing page with a clear call to action that have been generating great leads.

Typically we go through our account manager but the company owner is always there as an additional means of contact and always takes our call or calls us back if missed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are ranking 1 on majority of our campaigns and implement strategies on a bi-weekly basis to make newer practices just as successful as the current ones. We have an increased amount of site traffic and quality leads.

The workflow has been great. Both lines of communication is relatively open and we do weekly conference calls to monitor performance and pane for the next round of strategies.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really love the personality that they translate when engaging with you as well as the amazing level of professionalism. Outside of the delivered results, I appreciate the willingness of them to teach us new things about our account. This is ultimately what separates KlientBoost from the rest.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes when they experience a busy week, sometimes they could reschedule earlier in the week as opposed to an hour or two before a conference. Other than that, its never been an issue for us but I can see that being an issue for other companies.

We've seen consistent YOYOY increases in ROAS and growth in volume. We've optimized our media channels to see more direct and immediate growth.

KlientBoost has always been extremely transparent, providing open communication, an open mind, and an open door. 

Their Account Representatives and Executives are extremely knowledgable, but not egotistical. They're open to differing opinions and ideas but are still able to provide analytical data or informative articles to help the team understand their recommendations where necessary.

Are there any areas for improvement?

KlientBoost always makes themselves available when needed. They answer emails at all times of the day.

However, the highest level Account Representative may be spread a little thin. And, it's important to maintain consistent communication to ensure your accounts are consistently being monitored and optimized as needed.

We build a good process together at the start of the project which made the collaboration very easy to manage. Communication was great, clear and timely and all assets were delivered on time.

Their knowledge and ability to clearly communicate was impressive. This was not just a project delivered but also a great learning experience for our team.

Not much that I can think off. They did not share off of their secret sauce on how they ran their campaigns but I think that is to be expected.

Found KlientBoost as a certified partner on the Unbounce platform. We needed help and they were highly rated. We interviewed 2-3 finalists from this list and selected them based on their approach, results, and service orientation.

We worked with KlientBoost on landing page design, creation, and optimization. They were so good that we then gave them our entire paid search budget to manage and optimize for leads and conversions. They have incredible expertise on both Google AdWords and Bing, as well as Facebook.

They saved us $$ immediately, and importantly, drove qualified visits and leads that led to customer conversions. They helped us problem-solve when we were temporarily off AdWords while our mental healthcare facility was verified. That was a critical time for the company, which has no recurring customers. Each month we need to fill up to 10 slots for a 4-week residential treatment program. Could not do it without KlientBoost!

Outcomes - saved us $$ immediately by optimizing our paid search accounts. Saved us $$ and increased our reach by adding in Bing (don't ignore this!!!).

Drove highly qualified leads that converted into customers. Sometimes this was quick - a few weeks - other times leads converted to customers over months or even over a year. Did this on cost/lead and CPA that was much better than we had before.

I managed them directly as CMO and had regularly-scheduled meetings - at least 1x week where we reviewed results and agreed on strategies and tactics for the upcoming week. We used Google tools a lot, and had our weekly meeting on GoToMeeting. KlientBoost was always very accessible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They work with us as individuals. We are not just another account. When things go sideways, they're brainstorming and problem-solving. They helped us through a critical time when we were paused on Google AdWords as we were getting verified.

We supplemented with more expansive Bing and also some display network and paid social activity. They are always looking to bring new ideas to help improve the performance. They are flexible when we needed to be on budget. And they're awesome to work with!

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, all good. I think it's the classic balance of outsourcing some activity and work vs. keeping it in-house. For this company, performance marketing and paid search was so strategic it was a no-brainer for me to go with subject matter experts.
