I started a new company and brought them in at the ground floor. They worked with us to create a name that fit us specifically but was unique, created a logo and tagline, built an awesome website, and assist us with various other tasks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Name was chosen and we have gotten great feedback. Logo and tagline also created and continue to receive positive feedback. Website built and it appealing to the eye but also very functional.

The team at Grove9 was very responsive and kept us updating with weekly progress meetings. After launch we went to monthly and then quarterly progress meetings to discuss analytics and deliverables.

They genuinely cared about our company and the vision we had for our business. Smaller and more boutique style of company which fit very well with our company. Their integrity and values shined the most above all!

EmberHope Youthville has been working with Grove9 for 4 years. Since they are a faith-based Agency, they are a perfect fit for our organization.

Grove9 has been absolutely amazing to work with. Our organization was in need of a marketing plan to help with Foster Care Recruitment, Hiring, and Fundraising. They were able to not only work with our employees to come up with a plan, but able to put that plan in motion. Grove9 communicates very well, keeping us updated on movement, strategies, and what our return on investment has been.

What was the team composition?

We have worked with several members of their team. When we have a specific project, their point person manages the task and works with the team on updates and changes. Their whole team has been amazing to work with and respond immediately to all communication.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen an immediate increase in fundraising, foster family recruitment, and new hire applications. Our work with Grove9 has increased our web site and email interactions, resulting in more attention to our needs from friends and supporters.

We have monthly meetings with detailed updates on all digital marketing, including how effective our emails have been. Grove9 provides a monthly scorecard that they present and walk us through step by step. Grove9 also provides a quarterly update to our leadership team, answering questions, and discussing the impact our marketing campaign has had.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am most impressed by how personable everyone is. They work with us as if they work for our organization. They are a part of our team! When we succeed, they succeed!!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Grove9 has been amazing to work with and they have provided everything we could have asked for. Caring, responsive, friendly, and effective!

Breakthrough (a non-profit whose mission is to help the poor and people living with mental illness) work with Grove9 Marketing. What a great team! They provide the marketing expertise that is needed to rebrand our organization and enhance our community awareness. We appreciate their quick response to our questions and marketing needs; they are great listeners and come up with creative solutions.

I am the CEO of a local, non-profit employee assistance program. Empac provides coaching, counseling, consultation, training, crisis debriefings and other resources to companies, their employees and the employee's family.

For what projects/services did your company hire Grove9, and what were your goals?

Our company was celebrating 40 years of service, and we wanted to update our brand to bring more awareness to our company's services as a support to our community- especially during such a difficult time.

How did you select this vendor?

I had seen Justin Eklund present at a non-profit conference and loved what he had to say. I later learned a person (Lynn Deckinger) I had worked with for over 10 years at a previous agency was working for Justin at Grove9. After Lynn arranged a meeting with Justin and his team, I knew immediately this was the company we wanted to partner with.

Grove9 helped us refresh our brand. We updated all of our printed, marketing materials and re-designed our website. We filmed several promotional videos and unveiled all of this at our 40th anniversary celebration.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had such positive feedback about our new look, our website, our social media posts- all of it. In the first month of 2022, we have exceeded the revenue from all of 2021. The work of Grove9 is key in this success.

This group were absolutely top-notch experts in their fields. They were some of the most collaborative, humble, supportive people you will ever meet. They really listen and make sure you get exactly what you hoped for- actually, beyond what you hope for. We had routine in person meetings, there were always agenda, notes, and I was so relieved that they were keeping track of everything and were very clear about what they needed from us and when.

Their faith, their people, their servant hearts- they truly want to use their skills to further the mission of non-profits so we can meet the needs of people in our community.

I don't see anywhere they can improve. They have exceeded my expectations.
