Digital Advertising by Smart Humans
We run digital ads that grow businesses… which you’ve heard before.
But we don’t ask for trust—we earn it by managing every campaign daily, turning data into the right results. Because all the automation and algorithms in the world still rely on expert human judgment.
A dedicated team at Delegator will meet and correspond regularly with our counterparts at your company to ensure rapid iteration and tight alignment on shared projects.
We will create a tailored reporting dashboard that will provide live visibility into the key performance indicators at both aggregate and detailed levels.
Although our work will be focused on the digital advertising accounts, we will provide recommendations for intersecting areas that would lead to better results, such as landing pages, the checkout process, mobile load speed, or any other issue that impacts advertising performance.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Kraemer Design + Production specializes in interactive experiential exhibit design and production across the United States. With a growing number of leads coming from online sources, we wanted to put our best foot forward with a website that showcased our process, examples of our work, and our team’s experience. We engaged with Delegator based on a recommendation to explore options for improving our website’s performance and design. I am the Marketing Coordinator and I assist in RFP's, social media/website, and event planning.
For what projects/services did your company hire Delegator, and what were your goals?
The challenge Kraemer faced was straightforward. We needed a new website that tied directly into our CRM, to create a more effective and valuable user experience not just for clients, but for our internal team. This included changing the web host, design, and information architecture of the entire site — from the homepage to the contact page.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Through our Parent Company, PlayCore. They use Delegator and recommended that we use them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
After evaluating our existing website and determining the extent of the changes necessary, Delegator created a roadmap for each step of the redesign and migration process, ensuring no steps would be repeated or forgotten. Delegator applied industry-standard best practices to the design and structure of the website as a whole, as well as the content hosted on the site — including thinking through each page from the perspective of a prospective user and what information they would want most readily available. Additionally, Delegator determined it would be possible to host the new site using HubSpot's content management system, allowing us to fully integrate the site with our CRM.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with 3 team members from Delegator and 1 team member from PlayCore. The PlayCore team member made sure we were staying compliant with the brand while the 3 members of Delegator did the behind the scenes work of building the website.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In addition to the new platform launch, the new website that Delegator built successfully brought our website up to the latest web standards and best practices, leading to increases in performance standards across the board. Increasing the ahrefs Website Health Score 13 to 96. Increasing all Page Speed Insights metrics. Before: 86 Performance, 95 Accessibility, 83 Best Practices, 82 SEO. After: 97 Performance, 100 Accessibility, 100 Best Practices, 100 SEO.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had check-ins as we hit each milestone of the build. The Delegator team stayed on task and on schedule.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They gave us a professional site that is easy to update. Creating a website is a new process for me, but the they took the time to teach and create a "how to" manual. They were easy to communicate with and made the whole process not overwhelming.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
N/A. They did a fantastic job!

Please describe your company and your position there.
SaverLife is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to make saving money easier and more rewarding. SaverLife incentivizes saving through prizes, rewards, expert resources, and gameplay.
Through an integrated network of employers, financial institutions, nonprofits, and advocacy groups, SaverLife advances aspirational savings programs, analytic insights, and policy initiatives dedicated to a more equitable America. I am the VP of Marketing at SaverLife
For what projects/services did your company hire Delegator?
Our two primary goals are Member and Saver sign ups. A Member sign up is someone who creates an account and a Saver sign up is someone who creates an account and links their bank in order to track their savings.
Since SaverLife is a nonprofit organization that relies on funding from partner organizations, advertising budgets need to be justified to our funders. We have benchmarks we need to hit for both total Member and Saver volume as well as cost per Member and cost per Saver goals.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I wasn't at SaverLife at the time that Delegator was selected but I believe that we selected the agency based on a strong recommendation from a fellow nonprofit organization.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Delegator created a series of A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creative, copy, and audience to reach our goals. Weekly meetings with the team ensured that we were constantly improving our process and staying on top of the most recent trends.
Delegator created a hypothesis-testing spreadsheet so that we could keep track of the variables that we were testing. Delegator also used conversion tracking in Facebook and Google Analytics to allow us to accurately track our goals.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with an account manager and an account assistant manager. We also were able to pull in an analytics specialist when we had tracking questions.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Throughout months of testing and optimizing, Delegator was able to drive substantially more Member and Saver sign ups than our previous agency at a much more efficient rate.
When we first launched Facebook ads, cost per conversion was upwards of $100 per member. Delegator was able to drive cost per member down to about $5-10 per member through A/B testing and conversion-focused bid strategies.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow over time improved dramatically when the assistant manager was added to the team in that we began to receive weekly reports and notes after each meeting. We also were able to get quarterly slides to show the progress we made which helped with meetings with senior leadership.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed by how willing the team was to try new ideas. We also really appreciated the analytics troubleshooting when our tracking would break down.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
While it was great to brainstorm on a call about new ideas, there could have been a bit more written follow-up detailing exactly what new strategy we are following.
After all our years of working together, we would've also loved more specific recommendations from the team on how to move forward vs. always trying new things.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm part of the media team at Veritas Forum, a nonprofit with a growing YouTube channel.
For what projects/services did your company hire Delegator, and what were your goals?
We hired Delegator to help grow our YouTube channel's views and overall audience through YouTube ads.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose Delegator based on good feedback and cost estimates.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Delegator manages YouTube ad campaigns for Veritas Forum to promote the content on our channel and earn subscribers. They have also managed campaigns in the past on Facebook & Instagram promoting our podcast and driving visitors to our website during our brand re-launch.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with Alexis, our main point of contact, on strategy, and there are several specialists who optimize the ads on the backend depending on the platform. We have been working with Delegator since February 2021 (over a year and a half).
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since launching the latest round of YouTube ads in August, we have seen over 900,000 views over the past 3 months (53% improvement vs previous 3 months), and almost 4,000 clicks (a 25% improvement), and have improved the cost per view by 35% (down to $0.02).
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have in-person meetings once a month to go over performance.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Delegator has been responsive and offers creative solutions to our needs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There's nothing they need to improve on.

Please describe your company and your position there.
PriceWaiter Market provided retailers and consumers with a solution to privately and efficiently negotiate deals on name-brand electronics, furniture, appliances, kitchenware, and more. I assisted with product curation and promotion.
For what projects/services did your company hire Delegator, and what were your goals?
As a deal-oriented marketplace operating within verticals that are notorious for razor-thin margins, we needed to maintain an unheard-of 15 ROAS for our campaigns to work. Additionally, since our deals changed frequently, we had historically struggled to advertise the best deals while maintaining compliance with Google and other networks that monitor the frequent pricing changes and require consistency across feed and site.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The primary deciding factor was that Delegator was willing to move quickly on changing tactics to drive the strongest products and promotions for us. We needed insane response times.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Delegator crafted a plan for Google Shopping and helped optimize our feed delivery so that we were able to effectively promote our low-margin, ever-changing deals. They created product groups for individual products so that we could promote products that had deep discounts. They also developed a plan to maximize ROAS and tailored their strategy towards products with the highest profitability. Since the products on the site changed frequently, they made changes on a weekly basis to the product feed and campaigns.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with two team members, primarily a Senior Optimizer who had specialization in Google Shopping.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
By actively monitoring, and optimizing, the Google Shopping campaigns Delegator was not only able to constantly meet, but also exceed, our target ROAS.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The pace of our project was frenetic and we were in constant communication with Delegator via Slack, phone, Zoom, and in person.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their willingness to understand our very unique business model was the key to running successful campaigns.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only improvement would have been if we had better margins on our products so we would’ve been able to run a larger budget.

PPC & Display Advertising for Precious Metals Retailer
“Delegator’s organization and communication are outstanding.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CMO of BullionMax, a precious metals e-commerce retailer. We sell gold and silver bullion through our website and deliver them directly to consumers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Delegator?
We needed to grow our presence through PPC advertising. We knew it would be a big contributor to our sales and help us create awareness.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Delegator handles our paid advertising efforts, including paid search and display advertising. Their campaigns focus on various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, and Yahoo!, and they’ve also done Reddit advertising in the past.
Delegator’s team ongoingly monitors our paid advertising activity and makes adjustments, improvements, and optimizations as needed based on the results. Additionally, they create new initiatives and help us identify areas of growth. Creating the content for our campaigns has been a shared effort. Sometimes, we provide them with materials; other times, they produce the content themselves.
What is the team composition?
We work with two people from Delegator on a regular basis: a strategist and an account manager.
How did you come to work with Delegator?
We found them through a referral. An employee of ours had worked with them in the past, so she referred them to us. Among the businesses that we considered, they were the best option.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent roughly $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around October 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Delegator has definitely helped us achieve great results. Our current KPI is the cost per acquisition, and they’ve been able to bring it down significantly. One of the best examples of the success of their work revolves around paid search advertising.
When we initially hired them, they came up with a number of changes to our strategy that helped us move forward with our efforts, especially for non-branded search terms. Prior to working with them, we had issues with efficiently spending our money on non-branded search terms, so they helped us identify other terms that provided a large ROI for us. Since then, they’ve found more ways to make our ad spend more efficient.
How did Delegator perform from a project management standpoint?
Delegator’s project management has been very good, and they’re very communicative. For example, they precede every meeting with an agenda and follow up those meetings with some notes. Overall, they seem well-organized and capable of keeping everyone on the same page. We have a weekly Zoom meeting where they provide a report, and we regularly communicate via email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Delegator’s organization and communication are outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be collaborative, bring ideas to the table, listen to the ideas they bring, and try to test some of those ideas.

Please describe your company and your position there.
PrimeImaging is a diagnostic imaging center with four locations in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. Combined with a multi-talented team of radiologists who hold on to the tried and true principles of integrity, compassion, and commitment to our patients, PrimeImaging is the number one choice around Chattanooga for all diagnostic imaging needs. I am the Marketing Director.
For what projects/services did your company hire Delegator, and what were your goals?
When Haley took over as Marketing Director we weren't working consistently with any Digital Agencies and knew it was an important thing to focus on for a variety of reasons. Though our business is primarily referral based from doctors, we understand the importance of having a digital presence online and felt Delegator could help us not only grow that, but help us hone in on our website and call traffic as well.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our former Marketing Director had previously worked with Clay and appreciated his skillset, leading her to reach out to discuss needs for PrimeImaging. It felt like a no brainer and it was quickly decided that it was in our best interest to move agencies to Delegator.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
I was not present when we first began working with Delegator, but I know currently we meet monthly to discuss things that have been implemented such as Call tracking, internet tracking, online ad placements, key word performances, competitor word searches and ad performances.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have worked with both Kurt and Alexis-Ad Account Optimizer and Account Strategist
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
- Implemented CallTracking to gather better information on client calls
- Set up conversion tracking for Google, Bing, and Facebook (Meta) 2022
Results to date:
- Google has seen 1,500 conversions at $22 per conversion. Lastly, Google has produced around 23,000 clicks to the website. These results are steady compared to the 2021 results!
- Bing has seen 350 conversions at $18 per conversion. Also, Bing has produced around 4,000 clicks to the website. Over conversion rate has improved by over 200% compared to 2021.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We go between in-person meetings and zoom meetings, but their communication is always top-notch. When a request is presented, they always respond in a timely manner.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They're a one stop shop for all of our digital marketing needs and we appreciate the very personalized approach and that we work with the same individuals on a month to month basis.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only thing I can think of is maybe offering more suggestions on how we can improve our Facebook/Instagram pages to drive more traffic.

Digital Ads & Landing Page for Financial Institution
“The team — including their designers and engineers — was truly intelligent, and working with them was easy.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of a nonprofit financial institution.
What challenge were you trying to address with Delegator?
We were trying to put together a campaign for mortgage refinancing, and we hired Delegator to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
For this refinancing campaign, Delegator helped us with our digital ads while taking care of our platforms and landing pages. The landing page had a dropdown menu where end users could ask us to call them back to talk more about specific terms of rates. Our people could then collect the users’ telephone numbers and emails so that we could touch base with them.
Moreover, our team supplied Delegator with bullet points of the topics we wanted to talk about. Then, they put together the copy of the ads, which we reviewed together and posted on Google and Facebook. Apart from that, they helped us tweak the campaigns when we didn’t see the results we wanted.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Kurt (Digital Account Strategist) and Andrew (CEO & Co-Founder). We had complete access to them whenever we had questions or concerns.
How did you come to work with Delegator?
Delegator may have been a referral — they were already working with our firm when I came on board.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent a bit over $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from October 2021–June 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Each month, Delegator gave us a list of viable leads and our staff contacted them. I didn’t have specific metrics to measure that, but we closed around three loans in relation to their work. In other words, they brought us leads, and we were able to speak to people and put them in our retail cycle.
How did Delegator perform from a project management standpoint?
Delegator had a good project management style. They met our timelines and budget. To communicate, we used Zoom, Teams, telephone, and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We had direct access to their CEO, which was rare in many vendors. On top of that, the team — including their designers and engineers — was truly intelligent, and working with them was easy.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could generate more viable leads.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Delegator is extremely professional and easy to work with; they offer great insights and guidance to all of our ads and SEO launches. As a result, I have no reservations in recommending them to other people. They’re consistent and provide top-notch services.
