• Build a Wordpress site to narrow my service scope and broaden my client base.
• Reach a broad professional / leadership audience with a one-on-one coaching service after seven years of focus on strategic projects with decision-makers.
• Simplify my broad skillbase and strategic messaging to a clarity that allowed new clients to identify their pain & envision their success

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I had a very large WordPress site covering complex Organization Development needs for medium to small business owners and executives. I asked for a new minimal-page site that prioritized the messaging to attract and engage mid-level management, to narrow offerings to specific skills, and to clearly state the coaching process and service expectations. 

The objective was to allow me to step slowly toward retirement by transitioning from customized, strategic, projects to individual coaching video calls and throttle the volume of work I accept.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Relationship is a key driver of my satisfaction. The relationship with the project team was excellent, and that was measured by their communication clarity, response time, realistic flexibility to unforeseen client snags, responsiveness to my requests for clarity as they asked or explained their needs, and their persistence in asking and verifying their understanding of my requests and questions. 

They also provided amazing candor and ideas from the perspective of my client audience of professionals. My site benefited from including their perceptions and ideas as potential clients.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They gave me an overview of the project scope that helped me see what was coming and allowed me to plan. They clearly answered questions on what what needed for meetings before we got together. At each meeting I could see they had prepared ideas or options for me, and I left with clear expectations and opportunities and a process to contribute to next steps. 

This project was ridiculous in length because I had a medical emergency a couple months into the project. My complete life focus changed, and I could not put energy into it for almost a year. We negotiated a solution, and when we picked up work again, the pieces were in place to move forward effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Infomedia has been a client of mine, so I was familiar with several of members of my project team, but I appreciated that when we met for work on my site, there were not sidebars or distractions caused by other work or history. They followed their process, and I was confident in their priority and focus.

On balance, because they had experienced my work as a consultant, they had excellent experience in validating the messaging we chose for the site. That was also an aspect of their professionalism. 

Infomedia is a diverse group that loves to have fun, but as I have faced retirement age, I have often found a skeptical attitude about my technology-understanding from younger colleagues. The Infomedia team demonstrated nothing but respect as I asked questions that sometimes identified that I was a little out of my depth with terms or concepts they were using. They patiently shared examples till my 'light bulb' of understanding lit up! 😅

Are there any areas for improvement or something Infomedia could have done differently?

Not on my project! ;-) The support team has been tremendous help as I've had questions about updates and adjustments I've wanted to make myself since the launch of my site!

I am the Sr. Director of practice Development for a medical device company in the dental space.

Our original website was built as a stop gap and we wanted help making it more dynamic, engaging and comprehensive so we worked with Infomedia on the redesign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had previously worked with Infomedia on some other projects and were happy with their service and solutions.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss scope and deliverables and from there worked closely together to see a mock up and make changes as needed. They onboarded our team in an efficient and intuitive way.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a main project Manager and multiple others on design, coding, content, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very happy with our newly designed site and eager to do more to increase traffic! Enlisted Infomedia on another web development project too.

Emails and zoom meetings were used which worked well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had excellent customer service and a desire for customer satisfaction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our particular industry is pretty niche and that caused some back and forth in terms of the learning curve but it eventually worked out fine.
