BACKGROUND

Could you provide a brief description of your company?

We are headquartered in Richardson, Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas. We are in private aviation. We have about 500 employees all across the country. We have big operations in New Jersey, and of course, in Dallas.

What is your role and responsibilities within the company?

I am the digital marketing specialist and my role is websites, and I get involved in our email marketing from a platform standpoint. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

Could you describe the business challenges you were trying to address?

We wanted to increase number of leads coming in from the website. The information on the website wasn’t flowing correctly and the website wasn’t responsive. It was definitely time to upgrade to a new website. We wanted to have a boutique agency redesigning our website.   

SOLUTION

Could you describe the scope of the project?

The project consisted of creating a content management system behind our website. Additionally, Enilon provided a lot of design work on the new website. Their efforts also included project management and running paid search once the site was up and running.

How did you select Enilon as your solution partner?

We were with this large agency and we wanted to move to a more boutique agency. I did search via the Web for companies. I came across award-winning companies in the Fort Worth area and one of them was Enilon.

I started telling them we’re interested in building a new website and gave them what we’re looking for. Three companies came back with nice pitches and, from those three, Enilon just really stood out and said all the right things. 

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in monetary terms? Ranges would be fine.

$250,000.

When did the project start and when was it completed?

We first met with Enilon on the first of August [of 2013]. We selected them at the end of August and then by Thanksgiving, the website was up and running. So about two and a half months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

In terms of results, could you share any statistics, metrics, or user feedback that would demonstrate the effectiveness of the work they’ve delivered?

Year over year leads increased 120 percent. We had our best year last year. We had the best number of leads that we’ve ever had as a company. Our website became extremely responsive. We had paid search that was mobile. We are very proud of what happened with the project.

Overall, how well do you think Enilon performed?

Excellent.

When working with Enilon, is there anything you’d consider unique or special about their approach?

Everybody in the company is just really strong in what they do from project management to client services to website design to UI –[user interface], and then to backend development. Everybody is excellent at what they do. I’m real happy I picked them.

We’re an organization that manages senior living communities. Our communities revolve around providing modest luxury, freedom, and optimal health.

I’m the marketing and advertising director.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address before you sought help from Enilon?

We were trying to construct a totally new website. 

What were your company’s business goals for the project? What do you want this to achieve ultimately?

Our ultimate goal was to reach more customers with our newly redesigned website.

Can you talk a little bit more about the project?

The Enilon team did a complete redesign of our primary corporate website and assisted us in the Web development process. 

What was your process in selecting Enilon with which to work?

After interviewing a few companies, we found that Enilon understood our business the best. 

When was the project completed?

The site was launched in May of 2013, and the work took a total of four months.

The site looks professional, which was our goal from the beginning.

We believe that Enilon performed great throughout the whole process.

Something unique about them is that they have a great creative team.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address before you sought help from Enilon?

We were trying to create an interactive website. We were looking to have a program where designers could quote a product and then PDF or e-mail the product to a distributor. 

What were your company’s business goals for the project?

Our ultimate goal was to enhance the relationship between us and our customer’s customer, which is the design trade. The site needed to appeal to the design trade and then attract more business through our distributors. 

SOLUTION

Can you discuss a little bit more about the scope of the projects?

We started the project with a discovery session, which was very beneficial for us because we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. It helped us define that broad picture and to get us a quote that was close to what we thought it was actually going to be. Once we got through discovery, we went into the design phase. 

What was your process for selecting Enilon?

I found Enilon by searching on the Web. We had them come in and we interviewed with them. I really liked Enilon because I thought they were straight up.  I really thought Enilon was the company that was being most straightforward. 

Can you give us a size estimate in terms of how much the project cost?

$250,000.

Can you tell me when it started?

We went into contract with them in May of 2013. The site is set to launch in the beginning of June of 2014. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Overall, how well do you think Enilon has performed?

I think they’ve performed very well. Like I said, they’ve got some really bright people. We actually engaged with them saying upfront we wanted to partner with them and not only do the website but go forward and use them as a partner for digital marketing. They’ve already quoted our next phase of work. We also have another brand website that we intend to have put up by them as well. I would say we’re happy and they’ve performed very well.

Is there anything unique about them compared to other companies that you’ve worked with in the past, something that differentiates them from the competition?

They’re very likeable. They’re small. You know all the players. I think that’s one of the things that I’ve really liked about them is we know everybody that’s working on the project. We’ve spent a ton of time together.
