I own a couple of construction and real estate holding companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Golden Gate SEM?

We wanted to increase our market presence with a new strategy. My business was growing but I was spending a lot more on marketing than I was comfortable with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide organic SEM services for us, complete with keywords and streamlined advertising. They also altered my site to perform well on search engines. Additionally, they set up channels for lead generation on Yelp and Nextdoor.

What is the team composition?

I work with Dave (Owner).

How did you come to work with Golden Gate SEM?

I’ve known Dave for a while. I was coaching basketball for my kid’s team, and he was coaching basketball for his kid’s team and we met through that program.

We started working together in January 2020, and our work is ongoing.

They’re perfect at communication. We communicate via phone and Dave always answers. We also communicate via email. They’ve helped me turn my good reputation into a lead source.

I wish I had hired Dave years ago. I probably wouldn’t even have to spend money on marketing because of the way he sets things up.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Dave’s next step could be to develop his business by hiring staff to add more services to his suite of offerings.
