We’re a charter motor coach company based on the Midwest. We have nine locations in the Midwest along with one in Florida and one in Las Vegas. Our company operates 150 motor coaches available for charter by school, tour, and church groups.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fusebox Marketing?

Originally, we hired them to redesign our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Starting out, they focused solely on website work. Later, they took on SEO and additional marketing services. They’re responsible for SEO and Google Ads on that front. 

What is the team composition?

In addition to Austin (Owner), we had 3–4 people working on our account.

How did you come to work with Fusebox Marketing?

I’ve known the owner for a long time, so they were a natural fit for us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $70,000 on our work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our work with them around 2010, and their work in ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While I don’t track any specific metrics on their work, they built up a keyword list that’s relevant to our industry while managing our accounts.

They’ve completed tasks on time and communicated well throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a knack for their work and have a passion for my industry.

We rely on Fusebox Marketing for an array of digital services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team lead, Austin (President) has built our website—using WordPress—and continues to oversee our SEO and PPC. He’s managed our Google Adwords and Facebook ads in addition to generating our LinkedIn posts. He also creates and disseminates our marketing content across our social media platforms.

What is the team composition?

I mainly interact with Austin.

How did you come to work with Fusebox Marketing?

We got to know Austin because he was a big part of the Chamber of Commerce. After we engaged him for his services, we continued to work with him until we had a steady partnership going. Now, he operates as an extension of our business.

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing relationship began in April of 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve spent many thousands of dollars, but the analytics behind our advertising indicate that we’re getting a good ROI. Our business has grown significantly—at most likely a double-digit rate, per year—and we can attribute a significant portion of our lead generation to Austin’s efforts.

In every project, Austin always conducts extensive industry research to understand the business and its needs. We appreciate that he has a sincere interest in the business

How did Fusebox Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Austin has been exceptional. A lot of the time, he helps me organize and manage a project within a workable timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Austin is energetic and enthusiastic about the brands he works for. He helps a ton of people in the community. You can tell that he puts in a lot of personal investment and effort into helping other businesses. It’s a unique characteristic I don’t see very often in other businesses.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think that because of their growth and how aggressive Austin is, they might be offering expansive services that they don’t necessarily have the staff to manage. Good people are hard to find, and they make sure to bring on the right people.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

His services are really high in demand, for good reason. His services are well worth the investment, from a corporate growth standpoint. I’d strongly encourage anyone to give Fusebox Marketing a shot.
