David and his team at Boomcycle Digital Marketing are great at communicating what they needed from me to get the project started.  I had several in person meetings with David to discuss my company, and the content for the new website.  He introduced me to a great photographer to come to my business and take high quality photos to help elevate the new website.  David has always been quick to respond to any questions I may have.

I’m the owner of CCC Holdings, a hard money lending company. We lend money to real estate investors to enable them to fix and repair their property.

What challenge were you trying to address with Boomcycle Digital Marketing?

We had a website that was kind of ancient and outdated. I set it up myself about 6–7 years ago, and it has lost a lot of its relevance with regards to search engines. In order to get more visibility and have a more modern online presence, I engaged Boomcycle.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Boomcycle rebuilt my entire website from scratch. David (SEO Specialist) looked into my existing website and made suggestions for improvements in the new version. He recommended that I post videos on my website, which I have done and am still currently doing. David also came up with a layout and helped me tweak and enhance my content. 

When it came to SEO, David provided me with instructions on what to do and what content to write. He used certain tools to find out what keywords people usually searched for in my space, and he relayed that information to me so that I could write blogs about it. 

On top of all that, David set up a Google My Business account for me as well. He also put together a little library of videos instructing me how to do things and how to manage the website on my own.

I was mainly in contact with David, but I’m sure there were people behind the scenes who also helped put some stuff together. 

How did you come to work with Boomcycle Digital Marketing?

I found David through a referral. When I talked to him, we just hit it off immediately. I was looking to work with a small to medium-sized organization where I didn’t have to go through layer after layer of people, and they fit the bill just right.

I invested around $8,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The website redevelopment was completed from January–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I now rank first for hard money lenders in Pittsburgh, which is one of the main keywords in my space. I can also see my monthly performance through the Google My Business page, which, in turn, also receives a good amount of views. Business was slow at the beginning of the year, but it’s definitely moving in the right direction, what with this new strong online presence. We’re getting more calls now from people who found me on the internet, which is great. 

David really provided the guidance that I needed, seeing as I’m not a website expert by any means. I’m really pleased with and proud of how the website turned out. It looks good both on a desktop and a mobile phone. 

How did Boomcycle Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything went the way David said it was going to go. We were right on schedule. I felt very exclusive with David and he and his team always came to my rescue when something needed fixing. 

We mostly communicated through emails and phone calls, and David also provided me with video explainers that I could always go back to. I never had to wait a day to hear back from him. He was very responsive. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Boomcycle really brought a personal touch to their services. David really cared about my business and how it would perform online. He understood what we were trying to do and what our customers were looking for and crafted a website that appealed to that target market. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything that I was looking for they were able to provide. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend Boomcycle to anybody who is in need of a marketing website. Our interaction was good and went fairly smoothly, and David makes sure to do what says he’s going to do.

A restart of a 5-year-old business designed to manufacture and sell escalator handrail cleaning systems. Covid-19 presented a significant new opportunity for the organization and created several challenges to the prior business model. The goal is to reposition the company and redesign the marketing efforts to create a more comprehensive approach to this burgeoning market.

I have known Boomcycle Digital Marketing for many years. I have witnessed their growth from an early participant in the first attempts at digital marketing characterized by hucksters and posers to their rise as one of the only players in this field that I have seen firsthand repeatedly deliver real proven results.

The project is focused on crafting a new integrated sales approach that, from the initial concept through site creation, branding and imaging, is created with a fully integrated Digital Marketing structure. Initial steps have been the development of The Thomsen Way concept and underlying content and authority strategies. Deliverables are all results-focused and encompass many different metrics.

My primary contact with Boomcycle is the founder David Victor. It is my experience that David is tightly involved in every project, but he also has a competent team of professionals he can draw on as needed.

We are currently rolling out the new strategy implementation in phases; We are almost through our 90-day phase one. We are seeing significant gains in leads and traffic from our web presence and our positioning as an authority on escalator handrail cleaning. Boomcycle's work has been on time, on budget, professional, and well developed.

We have regular check-ins on work being done and progress to date. Priorities and discussed and altered based on the current exigencies and coherence with the strategic plan. the process is highly efficient and on point, always.

What is most unique to me about Boomcycle comes from my personal history with David and his own journey in the complex world of Digital Marketing. I have watched and experienced his companies growth. having been involved in Digital media from the earliest inception of the development of the internet. I have worked with many that promised much and delivered little other than large invoices for services. Boomcycle Digital Marketing is the first and only company I have seen that has shown me provable results. David never sold the hype stories. He worked hard to truly learn what works and refine his approach to make it repeatable. He delivers real results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not have any constructive criticisms of Boomcycle. They are honest, hardworking, reliable, and deliver what they promise. Like any human endeavor, you can critique things in each instance, but Boomcycle always delivers and deals professionally with any issue. I have not seen any instance of a repeating problem or issue.
