They’re phenomenal communicators. Anytime we have a question, we use Basecamp, and they respond usually within a couple of hours. I haven’t seen a request go unanswered for more than a day. There are about three people doing all the work for us, and they’re always on calls and accessible through Basecamp. Any planning usually consists of Blue Flame’s robust team. They’re remarkable partners.
