I’ve worked pretty much one-to-one with Sam Moore [President of Resonetrics]. I think he’s very creative, and he’s a great problem solver. For me, I would consider myself, I’m sure any dev would, a high-needs client, and he’s very responsive to that. My favorite part is his and their team's ability to bring creative ideas and possible solutions to the table. I can approach them with an idea and they'll come back with some probing questions and then recommend other approaches. They really take the time to understand our business process and our challenges before they begin to suggest potential solutions. Overall, they're extremely cost effective, and they're always in tune with their clients.
