Smaller businesses have difficulty finding the experienced resources they can afford to drive business forward.  I help small-medium businesses grow with strong competencies across all ecommerce and online marketing.  As a full stack digital business professional, I can drive ecommerce engagement and conversion, while building efficient and productive acquisition and customer retention strategies with small budgets.  My services are affordable, and unlike many consultants, I am focused on strategic and tactical change.  I will roll-up my sleeves and drive results. 

With over 15 years of ecommerce Sr. leadership experience, I have the variety of skills necessary to drive successful marketing programs that increase engagement and sales. In my career I have worked with large and small companies in apparel, beauty, home goods and consumables.  Some of my most recent consulting engagements had me as ‘acting director’ and ‘head of online.”  For others, I created brand new search marketing campaigns and developed email strategies and tools/platforms that resulted in customer engagement.  I educate and put in place the infrastructure for the internal team to continue running forward even after short term projects.
