I’m a customer service manager for an appliance repair company located in Seminole, Florida. We service Pinellas County and Tampa Bay. I also deal with all our marketing in terms of getting leads, managing the budget, communicating with lead providers, and so on.
What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?
We were building a new website. We already had one, but we wanted to make it more customer-oriented. We were also interested in SEO marketing and improving our conversions through the website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Toporin Studio has created a new website for us. From there, we’ve hired them for Google advertising, and they’ve also taken over our Yelp page.
What is the team composition?
We always talk to one person, but I think more people are involved. They probably have one person for SEO and one for Google Ads.

Our owners knew each other. We set up a meeting to discuss what we needed and what could be done. They seemed to know what they were doing; they told us the budget we’d need for the number of leads we were looking for.
Other marketing companies promise the world. They’ll promise 500 customers in one month, and after one month, there are only 100 customers. If we ask them why, they say that our budget was only enough for 100, even though they’d promised 500 before. However, we didn’t have that problem with Toporin Studio. They told us directly how much it would cost us and didn’t give us empty promises.

In addition to that, Toporin Studio corrected the issues presented in the final stages of the site’s development — I’m pleased with the final product I received from them.

The vision of what I ended up with was outstanding — they did a great job creating what I asked for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their attention to detail in certain areas so I wouldn’t have to request the same thing several times. It’s a minor thing, but there’s always the possibility of improvement.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the owner of Ester USA Inc. We sell luxury car perfumes. We have a wide variety of car perfumes that are composed entirely of fragrance oils.
What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?
They're helping us grow our company by driving increased sales.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built my business website on Shopify. Their team is always working on the site, implementing functionality and aesthetic updates. They also manage our social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. For this portion of the engagement, they've created the accounts and now take care of all our social media content. They're working directly with our customers and putting together contests. They also do research on different kinds of programs trying to reach influencers, work to improve our Amazon sales, and manage PPC campaigns.
What is the team composition?
There are seven people that I have worked with. I work with Maksym (Owner) mostly, but I know there is someone who takes care of the social media, and someone who takes care of the content. There are other people as well, but I don’t know them because most of the time I work directly with Maksym.

I found them on social media when I first started my project. I had a Zoom meeting with Maksym, and I was impressed with his abilities and skills. We are happy and everyone has a defined role.

We've worked together since October 2020.

It has been pretty good. Their work fits my requirements perfectly. Right now, we are working on a lot of updates to our Amazon sales platform. They've been proactive in updating listings based on our agreed-upon strategy and researching other retailers we could potentially work with.
How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
They've been perfect in this regard. I am always in direct contact with Maksym, and he manages the whole team. They set forth a monthly plan at the beginning of each month and then progress through it step by step. After the month is over, we come back to the plan just to see if we did everything. Everything looks professional, and I've had no complaints about them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are really punctual. If they promise to do something, they will do it right away. I don’t have to wait a long time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ll see how the partnership progresses, but for now, I am happy. They've helped us grow our business. Seeing these results with no complaints on our end means everything has been perfect.

I don't know what advice I'd give. I've just been happy with their work.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of SD Quality Moving. I also work at Arome — a startup focused on providing advice for biotech and pharmaceutical companies on how to do their research. We’re a provider for data acquisition, data analysis, and advising and consulting on particular biotech and pharmacy projects.
What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?
Since this is not an ordinary business and is a new type of field, we needed a website that could handle heavy information.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our industry requires a lot of research and digging to understand, but they navigated through it quickly and picked up the information that we provided. From there, they assembled a website with navigation and such. It’s still in development, but they’re using their own C++ code to add custom forms and it’s based on WordPress.
For our moving business, too, they still provide SEO, backlinking, content and keyword optimization efforts, and online advertising, including Google Ads. They are ensuring the website will be indexed highly. They’ve created custom email campaigns and compiled our database of users into a single spreadsheet to send automatic emails.

They’re really great, actually. They’re flexible on their price, creating a quote, and negotiating well. They are strict about timelines and use Trello to keep track of everything on the panels, showing us where things are in the process. Everything is completed in a timely manner.

They could expand and hire more people at this point.

Email him and specify your goals for the project. They will work with you and provide different avenues to proceed with. Let them know if you want things to be simple or something more involved with SEO. Be honest and open about your goals from the beginning.
