Not only that, but his predictions as to costs and timelines were accurate, so he was always able to deliver on his promises. We used biweekly calls as well as email and Trello to make sure that everyone was on the same page in terms of communication. Mat is a very personable guy, even without ever having met him in person. He’s a great communicator over phone and email, and he is able to balance professionalism with enough personality to make the engagement enjoyable and painless.
