Our market is tough — I  have many competitors. I needed a company that could handle my digital marketing needs and help my business grow and stand out.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising handles my digital marketing and website needs. They’ve built my WordPress website from the ground up and uploaded images and video content to the site. They’ve also integrated the third-party platforms I use for payment plans and scheduling into the site, which allows my clients to access everything they need on my site.

They currently manage my Google Business, Google Ads, and social media accounts, which they set up from scratch. They’re also responsible for launching my Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and social media campaigns. Additionally, they provide digital marketing consulting support, help with my marketing outreach campaigns, and handle my website’s maintenance and management.

What is the team composition?
I work with Abe (CEO) and a project manager who is in charge of managing the website.

I found Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising through a referral from a friend who had worked with them before.

How much have you invested with them?
I’ve spent around $10,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising has helped me grow my business from the ground up. Five months after I opened my business, we are in a good position in terms of marketing. They've always met my expectations, and their site integrations have helped me save time and money because everything my clients need is already integrated into the site.

How did Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?
Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising has performed well in terms of project management. They’re efficient and always on top of their tasks. At the beginning of the project, they estimated that it would take them 1–2 months to get the website and everything up and running, but they’ve been able to finish ahead of schedule.

We primarily communicate through email and phone calls. They’ve established several open communication channels based on whether a topic is time-sensitive or not. They’re very responsive and easy to get ahold of.

What did you find most impressive about them?
My working relationship with Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising has been great. I like that they try to make our relationship non-formal, as if they’re my friend and not my vendor, but still have my business’ best interest in mind and always provide the most optimal solution for my problems. Their pricing is also incredibly reasonable compared to the amount of work they have done for me.

Overall, they’re incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I am confident I will use them for a long time.

Are there any areas they could improve?
They are sometimes short-staffed, as is the case with every other business, but that hasn’t affected this project negatively. They always go above and beyond to deliver, even when that happens, so I’ve never had any problems with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communicate your expectations clearly and let them take care of the rest. They will actually deliver better than your expectations.

We were looking for a team to help us build our website and handle our digital marketing needs.

Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising provides web development and digital marketing services. They’ve built our website from scratch, handling both the development and design work. They’ve also integrated a payment gateway into the site using WooCommerce. Additionally, their team works on our social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and designs various creative assets, such as business cards, flyers, banners, and poster boards.

I work directly with Abe (CEO).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too early to share any metrics since the website was just completed last July. However, I’m really satisfied with Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising’s services. The site they’ve delivered is running smoothly and looks exactly how I envisioned it to be. Moreover, some of our clients, friends, and family members really like the site; they say it looks very professional.

How did Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met our deadlines and followed through on our requests. They’re always on top of every task and do what they say they’re going to do. We usually communicate with them via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Abe always gives good advice, especially when it comes to spending our money. He really wants us to save money and only spend it where it is needed. He’s also very good at telling us what we need to do, not what we want to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think there’s anything Vis Mountain Marketing & Advertising needs to improve on. They’re great at everything they do; I have zero complaints.
