The only thing I'd wish they had was a copy writer who was able to take your written and spoken ideas and translate it into written form to be used on the website and the video. It can be challenging and time-consuming to capture your thoughts succinctly in written form.

Brand Your Practice went through their extensive process to understand my company, how I am unique from most of my competitors and learn about me and how I serve my clients. They used this insight to establish a vision for my website and collaborated with me to create brandscripts, wireframes, blogs, and various content that can be added to the website and used within marketing funnels for prospective clients.

This collaboration included their initial write-up (using the knowledge they had gained through extensive interviewing), as well as edits from me and several conversations with BYP staff to ensure that the message was accurate and fit my desired impact. After final approval this content was used on the website and was also used to create additional content that can be shared with prospective or current clients

Working with Brand Your Practice has led me to produce more updates and content in 2 months that I have in the past year. Our work has been focused and deliberate which I highly value and appreciate. Not only have we produced a much greater volume of content, but we have also produced a much higher quality of material. Working with BYP has saved me HOURS of time, THOUSANDS of dollars, and unknown amounts of sanity

They have also been very good about having conversations with me that allow us to ensure we are on the same page. They then helped me create a cohesive narrative to use as the foundation for our marketing. They are currently providing a 360 wrap-around process to help my business scale, including creating a new website, recording high quality videos for the website, recommendations for HIPPA compliant accounting and clinical software that integrates with their platform, and a thorough, clear, and fantastic program that tracks leads coming in. In addition, they are accessible, upbeat, positive, and very good at what they do.

In just a few short months (even during a busy time for me), my new website has just launched and become operational. I need to record a few more videos, am learning my way around the new software, and getting help and support from Brand Your Practice as I gather Google reviews and begin to plan out next steps in marketing strategy.

We had regular weekly, sometimes bi-weekly meetings in the beginning to keep progress moving and set up next steps. We also communicate through email and they have a quick response time. They are very patient, explain well, and are quite thorough and organized. They are a pleasure to work with whether it is a conference call, zoom, or email.

While I've reviewed a number of practice development services, NONE offered the hands-on guidance of a Brand Your Practice partnership. Moreover, although the fact that BYP did not require any money up front was surprising and obviously gentle regarding startup costs, the realization that a BYP partnership meant THEY were investing in ME, meaning that their success would be the fruit of my own, made working with Brand Your Practice the obvious choice

Step 1 was to identify and clarify my brand and brand message. This lead to website development directly reflective of my brand messaging & involved logo selection, color palate, and site design. Step 2 involved fleshing out website content. Several videos introducing myself, the company's mission, as well as specific areas of clinical services we offerer were produced. Following this, the focus turned to developing and enhancing our web presence, driving traffic to the site. Recently, they have helped develop lead-generating newsletter to continue driving traffic to the site. In addition, lead tracking software was introduced to manage inquiries, making sure leads are appropriately evaluated and sorted.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This is my 4th month since the launch of my new website. Compared to my previous web presence, inquiries and active searches are far greater than they ever were. As are the volume of individuals who have converted to active clients or placement on my waiting list. In fact, the success of the web marketing campaign has been so successful, the problem I am now dealing with is needing to accelerate the process of hiring additional staff to serve everyone! It's a problem I am HAPPY to have!

We had weekly meetings in the beginning for several months. Once we launched my website and worked out the wrinkles of the request for services and lead tracking software, we have stepped down to monthly meetings.

Brent Stutzman and his team at Brand Your Practice are masterful at helping clinicians learn how to think and perform successfully as business owners, which as a whole, we are terrible at.

I selected Brent because of his Certification in Storytelling from a book called Marketing made simple. From there I knew he was trained and had a process that would help me get the product I needed. Because it is past experiences and his wife being the same field I was in I knew he would be able to help me understand what I needed versus what I wanted.

I want to say three or four there was a marketing guy IT guy and another guru. Which they all work amazingly and it felt like they were on the same page.

Where to start? How about this I turned off my marketing and all I use is Google and my website leads a client directly to me. Which then 85% of that lead is converted.

They were able to respond within couple hours the longest will be a day. They explained the process help me out. They are great!

In the end, it felt like we were friends — they had my back and were sincere. And his team made me feel the same way.

Maybe a follow up of how everything is going after three months or six months. Maybe you did but I remember.

I basically needed everything from SEO, Google Ads, a website, social media, newsletter, etc. I needed help on every level of digital marketing.

I didn't have money to invest in marketing so Brand Your Practice's partnership plan was a great fit for me just starting out.

The first thing we did was clarify my brand message. From there they created a logo, brand colors, and built out the website. Second, we filmed several videos and created a handful of blog posts. After that we started Google Ads and Facebook Ads driving paid traffic to the homepage. Third, we created a lead-generating PDF and a newsletter. Fourth, we developed a plan to connect with potential referral sources and speaking engagements.

Fifth, we implemented a SaaS product that Brand Your Practice developed to help coordinate new client appointments. Sixth, we started a video podcast. Brand Your Practice helps produce it and then distributes snippets of the podcast throughout social media.

We went to $0 in revenue to $1 Million in revenue in 5 years completely private pay! I have a team of 8 therapists who's case loads are completely filled. I can offer health benefits to my employees. And, I have almost 3,000 subscribers to my email list.
