We were a brand new company and Leantegral provided the foundational engineering team that was able to take us from idea to minimum viable product to scaled application now with millions of learners. This included working directly with our team on design UI/UX elements, building the backend database and application, providing the necessary QA, hosting and managing the platform, etc. It was a complete in house team and then helped us transition to and onshore/offshore blend over time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clear measurable outcome was a completed scaled application successfully deployed an operating in the market, all within the anticipated budget. Additionally, the ability to transition the work to a new team when business requirements necessitated the change.

Leantegral was incredibly responsive and timely with every deliverable. They were also very clear about timelines and where there might be unknowns that could affect timelines. I can't recall a single time I was disappointed on delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love the culture of the company - the team was fully committed to the project. In no way did it feel like contractors, but an embedded team. We became friends throughout and always felt we had direct access to anyone on the team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Leantegral could have done differently?

Genuinely, I can't recall any major changes I would make if I could go back an do it again.

The ability to pick up a project with little oversight and guidance was extremely valuable to us as a company, they made good decisions and communicated well when there was clarity needed.

Igor is great about saying he will do something, then doing it. He is reliable with delivering even very difficult hires on time with very high quality.

In the tech space, I've found it hard to find people who have deep technical knowledge AND business knowledge AND the ability to effectively recruit and manaGE. Igor has been the whole package.

They deliver audits quickly, constantly communicate with our team, hire on time, and have amazing employee retention. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Leantegral could have done differently?

Not really. I am alwyas pushing to move faster and the rate of change has been accelerating.
