We were looking to drive engagement and leads from the website. Our goal is to get at least one new, qualified client per month.

Since I am the sole decision maker for the firm, it was my decision to hire NUEX. Sanders and his team came highly rated from fellow and former colleagues, so I knew I had to give them a chance. I interviewed Sanders and discussed the scope of the engagement, which led me to believe that he was the right fit for the firm, and he did not dissappoint!

Sanders and I met to review the framework for the website, and the content I wanted. We worked together over several weeks to make sure the content and message I was trying to get across actually came to fruition. Beyond that, NUEX did all of the work.

What was the team composition?

Sanders and his team work remotely so it was easy to communicate on an ongoing basis at any hour. Moreover, the use of centralized documents through Google Drive was great because I could jot down notes, and they would execute nearly immediately without having to set an appointment or have a phone/video meeting.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We just recently launched but the feedback on the site has been incredible. We also received two new leads last week.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As previously mentioned, the use of collaborative tools and other technologies made this process seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sanders really gets to know you and your company before he starts to make recommendations.

Advisors who always have a solution because they are trying to sell you something are a dime a dozen, but Sanders and the NUEX team get to know so much more about your organization that they will start to provide advice on items you wouldn't even have thought about. They take it to the next level, for sure.

None that I can think of.

After interviewing a couple of firms I chose Nuex Creative because of the vision that they were able to align to our goals. I also like that they were able to provide a variety of solutions instead of just one.

We went through a discovery phone conversation and they provided worksheets to help me articulate what I wanted. From there they always kept me informed on the progress of the work and we had meetings every couple of weeks to go over decisions that had to be made or adjustments to the strategy.

I worked with the project lead Sanders who brought in several other team members to help develop the website and help create the marketing Strategy.

I've received a lot of compliments on my website from other firm owners and it's helped drive in new business over the last year.

That they were able to take a vision of mine and make it even better. Having little experience in this area it was really reassuring to work with someone like Sanders who has a ton of experience in all these areas.

I’m the co-founder and executive VP of business development operations. Our company, Autocene, is a no-code automation platform that specializes in enterprise software and automation.

What challenge were you trying to address with NUEX Creative?

Initially, we partnered with NUEX Creative for business development lead generation services. During that time we were also going through a rebranding, which they helped us with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their services are tailored to being able to offload a lot of the work that we would have to hire multiple staff members to accomplish. In addition to lead generation, they did website development and content generation. When we began rebranding, they provided creative services and even helped us rename our company.

In terms of outsourced marketing services, they created new paid ad strategies for Facebook and LinkedIn. We’re now working with them on a continuous basis. They handle the website development for our expanding web presence, as well as our paid content.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked primarily with John (Founder & Visionary) and another teammate. The rest of the team works behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with NUEX Creative?

They reached out to me via LinkedIn. I then met with John and we discussed the vision for our outbound strategy and website. After a few meetings, it was clear that NUEX Creative would give us the right amount of attention that we needed, unlike the other, much larger candidates.

We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2019 and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They created a modern, exciting website. I wouldn’t continue paying them if they weren’t providing value. We’ve also managed to increase both sales and website demo traffic, and the growth has been substantial. We’ve gone from having about 5–10 inbound demos per month to about 30 per month.

How did NUEX Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is fantastic. John and I communicate via text and he’s very responsive. The longest I’ve waited for a reply is about an hour. They’ve always been attentive, delivering work on time and quickly implementing requested changes. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

John has worked at Google and Apple so he has very deep knowledge of ad strategy, marketing, content creation, and web development. He also has experience running large projects. While working with them, we’ve noticed that they truly care about the end results. When dealing with other service companies, money is usually the priority. But, with NUEX Creative, the customer is very important.

They’re a detailed-oriented, organized, and talented team. They understand where we want to go without a lot of hand-holding and direction, which is important since we’re running a company. I don’t know a lot of people who can work autonomously but NUEX Creative does, which is very valuable to me, as a manager, and to us, as a company. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no suggestions. We’re very happy with the services they’ve provided. However, we very quickly figured out that Facebook strategy wasn’t a valuable channel for us and it would’ve been helpful if NUEX Creative had flagged it before we did. But that was a very minor issue.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a strategic plan that aligns with your vision, but be cognizant of the fact that you’re hiring NUEX Creative because of their expertise. Don’t be afraid to take their advice and allow them to be creative with ad strategies, marketing content, and web development. If you let them, they will definitely go above and beyond what you might have in mind.

We hired Nuex Creative to redesign our website to better reflect our services and better appeal to our target demographic. The intention of this website was to be conversion driven.

We wanted our website to replicate the modern designs used by tech companies.

We were referred to Nuex from his prior clients and have used him on other projects.

Describe the project in detail.

The project consisted of three components. The first component was the design and consultation phase. In this phase, we worked with a lead designer and owner of the firm to figure out the creative image of the website. We provided examples of similar websites and they provided us with ideas of how this can be integrated in the website. Once we had an agreed-upon creative direction they built wireframes and examples of webpages. In this process, we provided feedback to narrow down on the ultimate image of the website. In the second phase, Nuex and their team of developers started working on a development phase website via Wordpress. In this process, we provided feedback on how different elements of the website need to operate. In the third and final phase, we launched the website and worked closely with Nuex to iron out any issues. In this phase, they also provided support in optimizing the speed of our website.

The team consisted of the founder of the firm who operated as a designer and director of all the underlying team members, another designer, and a web developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very pleased with the outcome of the website. We have had feedback from existing clients and new prospects that the website really resonates with them. We also saw a significant spike in visiting individuals signing up for our mailing list which feeds into our sales funnels. Finally, we have had multiple prospects and leads via the webhooks that Nuex and their team set up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was very pleased with the organizational quality of the workflow. We set up joint folders to share all the documents and information. After every meeting, Nuex set a clear agenda for the next steps and action items. This made moving forward and making progress very easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nuex has done a really phenomenal job of providing consultation and advice beyond the scope of the project. They have introduced us to marketing and design concepts that were ultimately fed into the final website. This was very useful for someone with very limited design and web marketing experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wish that the Nuex team was a little more thorough about finding errors in the design or the website so I didn't have to spend time looking through the site and bringing them up.
