We contracted Memento Media to produce a video for our company to use for advertising.

We decided based on communication and viewing other examples of their outstanding work.

Communication via phone, personal meeting at our business. Full explanation of process, set day for production, full itinerary of details several days before production would begin, itinerary for each day, then production completed

. Timeframe when video was completed to send to Colorado.com. It was a well received video from viewers, very positive feedback!

I worked with owner of Memento Media.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have charted a fifty percent increase in business from the results of Memento Media production, highest level in our 35 year history of our business! 

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Management style very professional, organized, patient, flexible and overall a joy to work with as a media company! All production was on time or early! Methods used were email, phone and personal meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their artistic talents run very deep. They were extremely professional and timely. The video they produced was breathtaking beautiful! I can not give enough compliments to Steevy and his staff at Memento Media, truly talented!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to improve! It was perfection!
