All of the staff at Brandch are careful to be on time. All of the items were on time. Brandch is very willing to work with us. From educating us to adjusting to changes. Their communication is excellent, including communicating how our changes would affect the timing. We appreciated the meetings that kept us in the loop and aware of progress or any set backs.

The Brandch staff have a high standard of excellence, but their desire to understand a client and their needs is the most impressive. They truly feel that if their client's business succeeds then Brandch succeeds. So they search for solutions that creatively fit the client and the client's goals. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something brandch could have done differently?

There is nothing to note. If we came across a small thing, it could be discussed and resolved right away.
