What was the scope of their involvement?

ACA Web Consulting designed and developed our website on WordPress, incorporating SEO. They also manage social media marketing and Google Ads, and contribute to content development for our blog and social media.

We were working with them before I started at the company.

We've invested a minimum of $80,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The collaboration started in 2013 and we continue to work with them on a monthly retainer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ACA Web Consulting significantly boosted our online performance and, in turn, our lead conversion rate. Their SEO and social media content development accounts for 80% of the traffic to our site. 

How did ACA Web Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very efficient, communicative, and quick to respond. They offer valuable suggestions and feedback on ways to improve our site, backed by analytics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver results. We get most of our leads through organic search results thanks to their efforts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They've been great to work with overall.

Be collaborative and open to their suggestions, because we've benefited a lot from their advice on how to make improvements to our website.

I hired ACA Web Consulting to increase my online presence through development and SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Anita (Founder, ACA Web Consulting) has built my websites from scratch. She’s completed five websites for me, initially using WordPress. Now we’ve moved to Google Cloud hosting. Using an outreach strategy, she’s built each site in a similar fashion as the original. One site pinpoints one service area, while the others reach counties nearby. Anita outsources some of the content writing but works on a majority of it. She’s also shown me how to create blog posts and make edits on the websites. She assists with social media marketing and helped set up an AdWords campaign, which she taught me how to run. Anita helps with any bugs, posting content and blogs, and performs link building and social media services every month.

I found ACA Web Consulting through an organic Google search. I interviewed around five or six other people, but a majority of them felt impersonal during our initial conversations and weren't sure of their plans. Anita was personable and answered my questions thoroughly.

I’ve spent between $30,000–$35,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with ACA Web Consulting in 2013, and it’s an ongoing relationship.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My business is ranked in the top five organic Google search results. Business is booming particularly in the spring, summer, and early fall months. In the spring and summer, I sometimes receive over 100 inquiries. Work has been through the roof. Due to Anita’s web work, I haven’t had to use AdWords in a few years.

How did ACA Web Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Anytime Anita does work for me, I’m kept in the loop. She’s readily available to talk and answers all of my problems. We talk on the phone weekly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything of her service impresses me. Anita has fair prices and keeps me informed. She finishes work on time and proactively gets back to me. Anita knows what she’s doing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not that I can think of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise giving Anita an idea of what you’re looking for and let her take the reins. She’ll handle everything and make your phone ring.
