I am the director of a consulting company located just outside of Philadelphia. We provide business to business technology consulting services.

The website we had for our business was developed in 2009 and was in dire need of updating. We had no way for leads to properly submit an inquiry, and the website was not showing up on search engines. They developed a new website for our company and have been providing SEO services since that website launched in January. The website they created was a completely new design from what we originally had in place, and it is an invaluable upgrade for us.
What was the team composition?
We had one project manager throughout whom kept in constant contact with me in regards to updates and questions.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Since the new website launched we have seen a 50% uptick in business, aside from the month of April, which was largely due to COVID. A majority of our leads now comes in through our website rather then through referrals.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was all handled through one contact person, which made it extremely effective. I liked the fact that there was just one point person to go to with any questions and feedback I had, and believe that made the project go smoother and stay ahead of schedule.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The fact that I had such easy access to my project manager, that the price was extremely reasonable, and the finished project surpassed all expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is very little that they could improve on, as I was very satisfied with my experience.
